There is a risk that the front wheels will Start to wobble at high speeds lt kuschall 22 K schall AG Switzerland 2015 09 Service Manual KUSCHALL ADVANCE FRONT WHEELS Checking and adjusting the castor angle Difficulty OO Tools 90 angle Triangle ruler or similar est 10 5 M Place the wheelchair on a plane surface SS Turn the castor wheel transversely to the rear wheels SS Apply a 90 ruler on the castor wheel and check if it is in a 100 vertical position to the floor O It shows immediately whether the castor is in 90 to the floor or il not If there is a gap between the ruler and the castor on the upper or lower rim of the wheel it clearly indicates that the castor angle is not 90 In the graphic to the right the gap on the upper part of the castor wheel shows that the fork is set too much to the rear If the gap would be on the lower part the fork would be set too much to the front SS If the castor wheel is not vertical loosen bolts E Adjust the castor angle with screw until the wheel is 100 parallel to the vertical side of the ruler SS Re tighten bolts M Perform the same adjustment on both sides gt 15 Nm Checking and adjusting the drift angle Difficulty OO Tools 90 angle Triangle ruler or similar 5 f LA ge SSSA S M Place the wheelchair on a plane surface NLL ANS NNS O he drift ang
