1. 1 UR COOLER 2 SCREW M6x16 N 3 SCREW M5x12 4 TROLLEY 5 CAP Safety SCREW M6x16 7 DOOR PANEL 8 B SCREW M5x12 View From A ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE 1_Remove screws M5x12 8 and door panel 7 2_Insert the input cable with plug into the trolley Take it out from the back hole remove first the plastic cap Fasten the input cable with screws M5x12 3 on the back panel see view A IMPORTANT OPERATION 1 Remove the plastic cap 5 2_Once the Cooler is install fasten the safety screw M6x16 6 COOLING LIQUID FILL UP 1_Turn off Cooler and Power Source and remove the cooler plug before filling up with liquid 2 Remove the safety screw 6 3_Pull out the Cooler and fill up with liquid 4_Push back the Cooler and fasten the safety screw 6 132. If you want to connect the A W C MP to the single phase mains voltage replace the special ILME 4 WAY plug with an ordinary single phase plug connecting the supply wires and the earth lead to the earth contact AII the operations must have effected from a qualified operator EATHINING To ensure user protection the welding machine must absolutely be correctly connected to the earth system INTERNATIONAL SAFETY REGULATIONS It is indispensable to provide good earthing by means of the yellow green lead in the power cable in order to avoid discharges due to accidental contacts with earthed objects The chassis which is conductive is electrically connected with the earth lead if the equipment is not suitably connected to earth it may cause electric shocks which are dangerous for the user WARNING At the first set up the cooler might have the alarm on because the liquid is not present on the pipes Wait few minutes or tum on and off the cooler few times WARNING If torch is not connected the coller will aways have the alarm on HYDRAULIC CONNECTION Connect the water delivery pipe of the torch to the water output coupling on the A W C MP Connect the water return pipe of the torch to the water input coupling on the A W C MP PRECARIOUS POSITION WARNING If the generator falls it may cause injuries Do not operate or move the generator if it is in a precarious position Do not place the generator on inclined
