4. de Investigaci n T cnica de las Industrias de la Madera CONDICIONES PREVIAS DE LOS LOCALES CON SOLERA TRADICIONAL Para colocar la tar ma el local debe cumplir las siguientes condiciones Tener instalados todos los cerramientos que eviten la entrada de humedades del exterior Los materiales de paredes y techos tendr n una humedad inferior al 2 5 Se mantendr la humedad relativa del local entre el 30 y el 65 Se colocar una barrera de vapor mediante una l mina de polietileno PE 200 de 0 2mm de espesor solapando los pliegos 20cm y subiendo en el per metro hasta el rodapi Las instalaciones de abastecimiento electricidad calefacci n sanitarios y de otros revestimientos y pinturas deben realizarse antes de la colocaci n de la tarima Para colocar la tarima la solera debe cumplir las siguientes condiciones El contenido de humedad de la solera ser inferior al 2 5 siempre medido a una profundidad de la mitad del espesor de la solera y en los lugares m s desfavorables orientaci n norte El grosor m nimo de las soleras de mortero de cemento ser de 3cm La planitud del soporte ser tal que la flecha m xima medida con una regla de 20cm sea inferior a lmm o medida con una regla de 2m sea inferior a 3mm CONDICIONES PREVIAS DE LOS LOCAEES CON SOLERA CALEFACCION RADIANTE Las condiciones adicionales que se deben dar para colocar una tarima sobre suelo radiante son El espesor de la sol
5. e debe apoyar la hembra sobre el macho de la tabla ya colocada dejar caer la tabla con suavidad y encajar No se debe arrastrar adhesivo para que ste no reborde a la superficie En todo caso tener la precauci n de limpiar los sobrantes de adhesivo mientras el producto se mantenga fresco No pisar la tar ma hasta pasadas 24 horas de la aplicaci n fig 3 SISTEMA DE COLOCACI N ENCOLADO CON ESP TULA La tarima de pegar se puede colocar tambi n de la misma forma que tradicionalmente se ha realizado la colocaci n de parquets erandes formatos MATERIALES A UTILIZAR Adhesivo para pavimentos de madera ver las instrucciones de utilizaci n del fabricante Se presenta en latas de 10 20 kg seg n fabricante Esp tula dentada MODO DE EMPLEO 1 Extender el adhesivo con la esp tula dentada formando cordones uniformes sobre la superficie totalmente limpia y aspirada fig 4 2 Colocar la tarima sobre los cordones presionando ligeramente la tabla para su perfecto contacto con el adhesivo dejando una distancia perimetral de 10mm No encolar nunca las tablas por los machos Las piezas se pueden unir utilizando un martillo y un tarugo de madera Es muy importante partir en l nea recta desde la pared Si la pared est a falso escuadro habr que suplementar con cu as para conseguir el alineado de la primera hilera de tablas Cada dos hileras se comprobar de nuevo la alineaci n con una regla de aluminio de 2m Para colocar la
6. era por encima de las tuber as de conducci n debe ser como m nimo de 30mm Obra totalmente cerrada y limpia incluso aspirada sin restos de grasas ni polvos El contenido de humedad de la solera ser inferior al 2 Se pueden seguir las siguientes indicaciones para el secado forzado de la solera utilizando el propio sistema de calefacci n radiante e Poner en marcha el sistema e ir subiendo la temperatura eradualmente unos 2 C diarios durante una semana hasta alcanzar el r gimen normal de temperatura del sistema e Mantener la solera una semana a esta temperatura e Reducir progresivamente la temperatura gradualmente unos 2 C diarios hasta el secado completo de la solera La tarima debe cumplir las siguientes especificaciones Espesor de tarima que se debe utilizar para una adecuada optimizaci n de la transmisi n calor fica es de entre 14mm y 21mm Se deben utilizar maderas estables poco nerviosas Se deben utilizar maderas de densidad mayor o igual a 550 kg m Colocar la tarima cuando la solera haya alcanzado la temperatura ambiente seg n el sistema de colocaci n encolado a esp tula CONDICIONES PREVIAS DE LOS LOCALES CON SUELOS CERAMICOS Las condiciones adicionales que se deben dar para colocar una tarima sobre un suelo cer mico terrazos plaquetas ya sean lisos brillantes rugosos r sticos son El suelo debe estar perfectamente aspirado muy limpio y seco Colocar la tarima seg

8. n el sistema de colocaci n que m s convenga CONDICIONES DE ALMACENAMIENTO DE LA TARIMA La tarima se mantendr en su envoltorio original hasta el momento de la colocaci n SISTEMA DE COLOCACI N CLAVADO Es el sistema tradicional de colocaci n por excelencia Se recomienda colocar un rastrel de madera de dureza media alta de ancho 30mm atornillado a la solera Se recomienda la distribuci n de los rastreles paralela a la direcci n menor del recinto Se comprobar su paralelismo y nivelaci n Se colocar una l nea de rastreles como m ximo a l0cm de las paredes La separaci n m xima entre rastreles ser de 35cm para tarima de espesor 17 19mm 45cm para tarima de espesor 21mm Es recomendable rellenar el espacio entre rastreles con aislantes tipo planchas de poliestireno expandido fibra de vidrio o lana de roca La tabla se clava sobre el macho normalmente con clavadoras autom ticas con un ngulo de inclinaci n de 45 Se recomienda la utilizaci n de clavos de hierro de 1 4x40mm stos penetrar n en el rastrel como m nimo 20mm Se dejar desde la tarima hasta la pared una junta perimetral del 0 15 de la anchura del entablado siendo como m nimo de 10mm Se desaconseja totalmente encolar los machos que provocar a un efecto de mermas acumuladas SISTEMA DE COLOCACI N ENCOLADO CON PISTOLA MATERIALES A UTILIZAR Adhesivo para pavimentos de madera ver las instrucciones de utilizaci n del fabricante
9. re according to the spreader gluing placement system PREVIOUS CONDITIONS OF VENUES WITH CERAMIC FEOORS The additional conditions to be met for placing a pallet on a ceramic floor terrazzos shingles whether smooth glossy rough rustic are The floor must have been thoroughly vacuumed very clean and very dry Place the pallet according to the most convenient placement system PALLET STORAGE CONDITIONS The pallet will remain in its original wrapping until it is placed NAILING PLACEMENT SYSTEM This is the traditional placement system par excellence It is advisable to place a wooden fillet of medium high hardness and a width of 50 mm screwed onto the girder It is advisable to distribute the fillets in parallel to the lower direction of the room Their parallelism and levelling will be checked A line of fillets will be placed at 10 cm the most from the walls The maximum separation between the fillets will be of 35 cm for a pallet with a 17 19 mm thickness 45 cm for a pallet with a 17 19 mm thickness It is advisable to fill the space between the fillets with insulators such as expanded polystyrene sheets fibreglass or kaolin wool The table will be nailed onto the peg normally with automatic nailers with an inclination angle of 45 It is advisable to use iron nails of 1 4 x 40 mm These will sink at least 20mm into the fillets A perimeter joint of 0 15 of the width of the skirting board measuring a

12. tabla se debe apoyar la hembra sobre el macho de la tabla ya colocada dejar caer la tabla con suavidad y encajar No se debe arrastrar adhesivo para que ste no reborde a la superficie En todo caso tener la precauci n de limpiar los sobrantes de adhesivo mientras el producto se mantenga fresco No pisar la tarima hasta pasadas 24 horas de la aplicaci n ffig 5 CONDICIONES POSTERIORES DE LOS LOCALES Se debe mantener la humedad relativa del aire del local una vez colocada la tarima entre el 35 65 Para ello es necesaria la apertura controlada de ventanas para la aireaci n del local y mantenimiento de las condiciones higrosc picas de la madera INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO Se recomienda para la limpieza y mantenimiento de la tarima los siguientes procesos Para la limpieza diaria utilizar el limpiador BONA CARE desarrollado especialmente para suelos de madera barnizados Elimina de forma efectiva las manchas y suciedad sin dejar marcas o residuos Antes de limpiar aspirar o barrer el suelo para quitar el polvo y residuos Para la limpieza en profundidad utilizar el restaurador REFRESHER BONA CARE Reaviva la superficie proporcionando un aspecto reci n acabado y una continua protecci n contra el desgaste Antes de limpiar aspirar o barrer el suelo para quitar el polvo y residuos Se realizar primero la limpieza diaria asegur ndose de que el suelo esta completamente limpio y seco antes de aplicar el resta
