COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES Informaciones necesarias a utilizaci n de la motocicleta FRENOS Freno Delantero Esta motocicleta est equipada con freno delantero a disco de accionamiento hidr ulico A medida que las pastillas del freno se desgastan el nivel del fluido de freno en el dep sito baja No hay necesidad de ajuste pero el nivel del fluido de freno y el desgaste de las pastillas se deben verificar peri dicamente Es importante que se compruebe tambi n con respecto a fugas de fluido en el sistema En caso de que el juego libre de la palanca del freno sea excesivo a n cuando el desgaste de las pastillas no haya sobrepasado el l mite de servicio p gina 83 esto indica una probable infiltraci n de aire en el sistema que entonces deber ser purgado Dir jase a un distribuidor Honda para efectuar ese servicio 15 Nivel de Fluido del Freno Delantero Con la motocicleta en la posicion vertical verifique si el nivel del fluido de freno se encuentra arriba de la marca de nivel LOWER inferior 1 En caso de que la marca est en el nivel inferior 1 o abajo compruebe las pastillas de freno con respecto a desgaste p gina 83 Reempl celas en caso de que est n desgastadas Si las pastillas no est n desgastadas verifique el sistema de freno con respecto a fugas Utilice solamente el fluido de freno recomendado Honda DOT 3 4 o equivalente proveniente de un embalaje sellado 16 Freno

Your motorcycle is designed for one person only There are no handholds footrests or seat for a second person so never carry a passenger A passenger could interfere with your ability to move around to maintain your balance and control of the motorcycle Make Yourself Easy to See On Road Some drivers do not see motorcycles because they are not looking for them To make yourself more visible wear bright reflective clothing position yourself so other drivers can see you signal before turning or changing lanes and use your horn when it will help others notice you Be Alert for Off Road Hazards The terrain can present a variety of challenges when you ride off road Continually read the terrain for unexpected turns drop offs rocks ruts and other hazards Always keep your speed low enough to allow time to see and react to hazards Ride Within Your Limits Pushing the limits is another major cause of motorcycle accident both on road and off Never ride beyond your personal abilities or faster than conditions warrant Remember that alcohol drugs fatigue and inattention can significantly reduce your ability to make good judgements and ride safely Keep Your Bike in Safe Condition For safe riding it s important to keep your motorcycle properly maintained Having a breakdown can be difficult especially if you are stranded off road far from your base To help avoid problems inspect your motorcycle before every ride
