3. lvula interna de alivio del pist n grande y solamente dispondremos del aceite suministrado por el pist n peque o hasta los 700 Kg cm que es la presi n m xima del equipo Una vez la manguera est llena de aceite el mbolo del cilindro comenzar a avanzar Si el cilindro dispone de fin de carrera mec nico con capacidad de aguantar la presi n m xima de la instalaci n continie bombeando hasta alcanzar el final de carrera dispone de elementos de control man metro notar que la presi n aumenta as mismo el esfuerzo en la palanca Contin e bombeando hasta alcanzar la presi n m xima 700 Kg cm De esta forma comprobar el buen funcionamiento de la v lvula interna de seguridad y la ausencia de fugas de aceite en la instalaci n Mantenga la presi n en la instalaci n durante un tiempo sin bombear para comprobar que funcionan perfectamente la v lvula de retenci n de la bomba Abra suavemente el tornillo de accionamiento de la bomba giro a izquierda con el fin de proteger la ca da de la aguja del man metro No forzar el tornillo de accionamiento al soltar no por m s aflojar el cilindro recoge m s r pidamente Un par de vueltas es suficiente el cilindro dispone de muelle de retorno SM SMP SMX SH TE T SMA SHA CY KC el mbolo se recoger autom ticamente La velocidad de recogida puede ser lenta en algunas aplicaciones En este caso recomendamos la utilizaci n de cilindros de doble efecto En caso

6. de cilindros de retorno por carga SP SX SL SSR ST STX para recogerlos ser necesario empujar el mbolo con m s o menos fuerza dependiendo del tama o y posici n del cilindro En cilindros que no disponga de fin de carrera mec nico SSR ST STX no se puede realizar este tipo de prueba En caso de no disponer de un banco de pruebas ser sobre la propia carga en la aplicaci n cuando comprobaremos la instalaci n por lo que en este caso esta debe de realizarse con la m xima atenci n por personal con experiencia y las medidas de seguridad deben de ser ampliadas Repetir el proceso las veces que sea necesario para habituarse al manejo del equipo En caso de utilizar v lvulas de cierre o antirretorno o se trabaje con varios cilindros a trav s de distribuidores de caudal tener en cuenta el efecto que tales accesorios pueden tener en el funcionamiento del equipo y marcar un proceso de actuaci n para no originar efectos no deseados INSTALACION DOBLE EFECTO La conexi n de los enchufes r pidos tiene una importancia mayor si cabe ya que una mala conexi n no solo hace que el equipo no funcione si no que adem s puede originar sobrepresiones que pueden provocar la rotura del cilindro Tener en cuenta que manguera se conecta a la c mara de empuje y cual a la c mara de retorno Todos los cilindros Larzep de doble efecto disponen de fin de carrera mec nico que soporte la presi n nominal del equipo y por tanto se podr realizar la pru

13. do de un equipo defectuoso HYDRAULIC INSTRUCCIONES CILINDRO BOMBA MANUAL Desembale y verifique visualmente todo el equipo asegurandose que no haya fugas de aceite enchufes flojos o deteriorados roscas da adas etc Nunca utilice equipos da ados o presumiblemente en mal estado Monte la instalaci n seg n las indicaciones del dibujo comprobando que dispone de todo el material requerido Compruebe la perfecta instalaci n y el buen funcionamiento del equipo sin carga seg n el siguiente procedimiento M 10 11 12 13 14 15 AGR gt INSTALACION SIMPLE EFECTO Desbloquear la palanca de accionamiento de bomba sacando el gancho del alojamiento del portapalanca Bombear varias veces con el tornillo de accionamiento abierto aflojar un par de vueltas del tope para llenar el circuito interno de la bomba de aceite Cerrar el tornillo de accionamiento girando a derechas con la mano No es necesario apretar con fuerza Bombear con la palanca de accionamiento Primeramente se debe de llenar la manguera de aceite El n mero de emboladas depender de la longitud de la manguera y del caudal que suministre el pist n de la bomba En caso de bomba de una velocidad el caudal se mantendr en todo el movimiento ya sea avance sin carga o en presi n En bombas de dos velocidades en el movimiento de avance sin carga actuar el pist n grande y en el momento de contactar la carga actuar autom ticamente una v
14. eba previa descrita en los puntos anteriores En caso de trabajar con otro tipo de cilindro y si no se tiene seguridad absoluta no se realizar esta prueba Desbloquear la palanca de accionamiento de bomba sacando el gancho del alojamiento del portapalanca Colocar el mando de la v lvula distribuidora en posici n central y bombear varias veces para llenar de aceite los conductos internos Girar la palanca a un lado y bombear El aceite fluye a trav s de la manguera conectada al lado del giro de la palanca de la v lvula Si dicha manguera esta conectada a la c mara de empuje del cilindro el mbolo avanzar El aceite de la c mara de retorno fluye libremente a trav s de la otra manguera al dep sito de la bomba Mientras el cilindro no alcance la carga el caudal es suministrado por el pist n grande y el pist n peque o Continuar bombeando hasta alcanzar el fin de carrera En este momento la v lvula interna de alivio del pist n grande actuar y solo obtendremos el aceite suministrado por el pist n peque o Someter a presi n la instalaci n para comprobar que no existen fugas Dejar de bombear y comprobar preferentemente mediante un man metro que la instalaci n mantiene la presi n Girar la palanca de la v lvula al lado contrario y bombear El aceite fluye a la c mara de recogida retrocediendo el mbolo El aceite de la c mara de empuje retorna libremente al tanque Repetir el proceso las veces que sea necesario para habituarse a
