9. rrar la v lvula de descarga girando a derechas hasta el tope no es necesario apretar con fuerza El gato est listo para ser utilizado Aproxime mediante el husillo si dispone la cabeza del gato al punto de aplicaci n de la carga Eleve el veh culo bombeando Tenga siempre presentes las normas de seguridad Para descender el veh culo gire suavemente la v lvula de descarga a izquierdas Recoger el gato completamente husillo y mbolo limpiarlo y almacenarlo hasta una nueva utilizaci n El gato puede ser utilizado en posici n horizontal en otro tipo de aplicaciones siempre que el equipo inyector bomba se encuentre en la parte inferior MANTENIMIENTO Engrasar mensualmente las piezas sometidas a rozamiento inyector husillo etc Verificar el nivel de aceite y reponer si fuera necesario El nivel viene dado por el rebosamiento del aceite por el propio orificio de llenado tap n de goma en el lateral del gato manteniendo el gato en posici n vertical y el mbolo recogido Un exceso de aceite puede impedir un buen funcionamiento del gato Utilizar siempre aceite hidr ulico LARZEP No utilizar en ning n caso l quido de frenos transmisi n o aceite com n En operaciones de mantenimiento utilice piezas originales LARZEP La referencia del juego de recambios se crea anteponiendo JR a la referencia del gato Reparaciones que impliquen manipular m s que la simple sustituci n de las juntas deben de ser realizadas por personal
