Final Despu s de terminar las conexiones de cableado encienda la unidad para confirmar el funcionamiento el interruptor de encendido del veh culo debe estar en on Si la unidad no funciona vuelva a verificar todo el cableado hasta corregir el problema Una vez que se logra el funcionamiento correcto cierre el interruptor de encendido y proceda con el montaje final del chasis Conecte el adaptador de cableado al arn s de cableado existente Conecte el terminal de antena Deslice cuidadosamente la radio dentro de la cubierta de montaje asegur ndose que tiene el lado correcto hacia arriba y asegure con la original los 4 tornillos Adose un extremo de la tira perforada de soporte provista al tornillo prisionero el cual est atornillado en el inserto roscado en la parte posterior de la unidad usando la tuerca hexagonal provista Sujete el otro extremo de la tira perforada a una parte segura de la consola tanto arriba o debajo de la radio usando un tornillo y la tuerca hexagonal provista Doble la tira como sea necesario para posicionarla Vuelva a colocar cualquier item removido de la consola Instalaci n Final ISO DIN Quite los soportes de la manga del montaje Quitar los anillos cosm ticos Montar soportes de f brica en la nueva radio usando los tornillos existentes de la vieja radio Deslice el chasis de la radio dentro de la abertura y asegure Re instalar el panel de consola PRE

J Wiring WARNING Only connect the unit to a 12 volt power supply with proper grounding Complete wiring as illustrated in the wiring diagram on page 4 Once the wiring is complete reconnect the battery negative terminal If there is no ACC available connect the ACC lead to the power supply with a switch NOTE When replacing a fuse be sure to use correct type and amperage to avoid damaging the radio The VM9313 uses one 15 amp fuse located in the black filter box in line with the main wire harness Final Installation After completing the wiring connections turn the unit on to confirm operation ignition switch must be on If unit does not operate recheck all wiring until problem is corrected Once proper operation is achieved turn off the ignition switch and proceed with final mounting of the chassis a Connect wiring adapter to existing wiring harness 2 Connect antenna lead 3 Carefully slide the radio into the mounting sleeve making sure it is right side up and secure with the original 4 screws 4 Attach one end of the perforated support strap supplied to the screw stud which is screwed into the threaded insert on the back of the unit using the hex nut provided Fasten the other end of the perforated strap to a secure part of the dashboard elther above or below the radio using the screw and hex nut provided Bend the strap to position it as necessary 5 Replace any items you removed from the dashb
