VEHICLE SEAT BELT SYSTEMS A WARNING SEAT BELTS DIFFER FROM VEHICLE TO VEHICLE AND FROM SEATING LOCATION TO SEATING LOCATION WITHIN THE SAME VEHICLE NOT ALL VEHICLE SEAT BELTS CAN BE USED WITH THIS BOOSTER SEAT If you are unsure consult your vehicle owner s manual or call Harmony Juvenile Products 16 Review your vehicle owner s manual for vehicle seat belt use with booster seats NOT ALL VEHICLE SEAT BELTS WILL WORK WITH THIS BOOSTER SEAT You must determine if your vehicle s seat belts are compatible for use with this booster seat UNSAFE VEHICLE SEAT BELT SYSTEMS This booster seat can be installed properly using MOST vehicle 3 point lap shoulder seat belts However some vehicle seat belts are not safe to use as their anchoring points for the lap belt may not allow for a secure installation NEVER use any unsafe vehicle seat belt systems DO NOT use any of the following vehicle seat belt systems with this booster seat NEVER use a non locking 2 point vehicle seat belt ELR This seat belt type locks only when the vehicle slows changes direction or stops suddenly NEVER use motor driven automatic seat belts NEVER use a vehicle seat belt system where the lap and shoulder belts have independent retractors I NEVER use a vehicle seat belt system with top or bottom anchorage points attached to the door in any way 17 NEVER use lap belts whose anchor points are forward of the seat

LING FABRIC SEAT COVER HEADREST 1 Locate the snaps x2 along the top sides of the headrest Locate the plastic hooks x2 along the top back of the headrest 2 Undo snaps x2 and unhook fabric from plastic hooks x2 Remove fabric headrest cover by gently sliding fabric off each side of the headrest BACKREST 1 Locate the elastic loops x4 along the sides of the backrest 2 Unhook elastic loops and slide fabric cover off the backrest BASE 1 Locate the snaps x2 at the top of the seat base where the backrest meets the base Locate the fabric loops at the back bottom of the seat base And locate the plastic hooks x2 at the very front bottom of the seat base 2 Undo snaps x2 unhook fabric loops x2 and unfasten plastic hooks x2 3 Gently slide fabric cover off the plastic base from the back of the booster seat towards the front of the seat TO INSTALL To reinstall fabric pads repeat previous steps in reverse order TIP For ease of booster seat BASE pad installation tilt the backrest forward slightly to open a gap at base of backrest to facilitate passing the fabric through the gap to secure snaps 25 CARRYING AND TRANSPORT 1 Fold the headrest see Unfolding Folding Headrest pg 19 2 PARTIALLY fold the backrest see Unfolding Folding Booster Seat pg 19 and place the folded headrest onthe booster seat base with the TOP of the headrest facing the Harmony log

PLETAMENTE BLOQUEADAS EMPUJE CADA PALANCA CON LA MANO HACIA LA PARTE DE ADELANTE DEL ASIENTO ELEVADOR PARA VERIFICAR QUE SE HAYAN PLEGADO COMPLETAMENTE FIJADO EN LA GU A DE LA PALANCA VERIFIQUE QUE LA TELA DEL APOYACABEZA NO IMPIDA EL PASO DEL MISMO Y PERMITA QUE SE ABRA COMPLETAMENTE 2 Para volver a plegar el apoyacabeza apriete ambas palancas del apoyacabeza y pli guelo de modo que quede plano 3 Almacene el apoyacabeza plegado dentro del respaldo plegado para facilitar su portabilidad 1 Verifique que el apoyacabeza ambos lados y el respaldo est n fijados en la posici n abierta y que est n orientados hacia la misma direcci n 2 Inserte la extensi n rectangular del apoyacabeza en la abertura de la parte de arriba del respaldo 6 3 Empuje hacia abajo sobre el apoyacabeza al tiempo que aprieta la manilla para ajustar su altura en la parte posterior del A 23 apoyacabeza hasta que se haya insertado en su posici n m s baja dentro del respaldo 4 Meta la tela del apoyacabeza debajo de la tela del respaldo 5 Para quitar el apoyacabeza Apriete la manilla para ajustar la altura del apoyacabeza y simult neamente LEVANTE LA LENG ETA DE SUJECI N Rem tase a la Lista de partes p gina 15 y jale el apoyacabeza hacia arriba para sacarlo del respaldo Este asiento elevador tiene siete 7 posiciones de altura para el apoyacabeza 1 Aprietela manilla para ajustarla altura del ap
17. a para la altura de su ni o VERIFIQUE CON FRECUENCIA ADVERTENCIA NO USE este asiento elevador si la mitad de la cabeza de su ni o sobresale del apoyacabeza del asiento elevador cuando ste se encuentra a su m xima altura 21 Identifique la correa de sujeci n en la parte delantera del asiento elevador Rem tase a la Lista de partes p gina 15 Retire el bucle el stico para soltarla Almacene la correa debajo de la almohadilla de tela del asiento hasta que la vuelva a necesitar Retire el apoyacabeza plegado almacenado dentro del asiento elevador y p ngalo a un lado Mantenga la base del asiento elevador plana contra una superficie apriete la PALANCA DEL RESPALDO y levante el respaldo a una posici n vertical O Suelte la palanca para fijar el respaldo en esa posici n VERIFIQUE QUE EL RESPALDO EST COMPLETAMENTE VERTICAL Y J LELO EMP JELO SUAVEMENTE HACIA LA POSICI N PLEGADA PARA FIJARLO EN SU SITIO O Para volver a plegar el respaldo apriete la palanca del respaldo y pli guelo hasta que quede plano contra la base del asiento Abra ambos lados del apoy acabeza completamente Cada lado deber a fijarse autom ticamente en su lugar cuando est completa mente abierto 6 EMPUJE LOS LADOS DEL APOYACABEZA SUAVEMENTE HACIA LA POSICION PLEGADA PARA VERIFICAR QUE ESTEN COMPLETAMENTE FIJADOS EN SU SITIO I REVISE LAS DOS PALANCAS DEL APOYACABEZA PARA VERIFICAR QUE EST N COM
