2. alle Fahrzeuge 321 556 391 101 009 04 08 VW Caddy III Caddy Maxi Einbauanleitung Elektroanlage f r Anh ngevorrichtung WE GTFALIA Wichtige Hinweise Vor Arbeitsbeginn die Einbauanleitung lesen Der Elektroeinbausatz darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal eingebaut werden Vorsicht Batterie abklemmen Besch digung der KFZ Elektronik elektronisch gespeicherte Daten k nnen verloren gehen Vor Arbeitsbeginn den Fehlerspeicher auslesen B gt Hinweis Bei der Montage auf folgende Punkte besonders achten e Leitungen d rfen weder eingeklemmt noch besch digt sein e Alle Dichtungselemente ordnungsgem anbringen e Die Steckdosendichtung muss auf dem Isolierschlauch positioniert werden und nicht auf den Einzeladern e Leitungen so verlegen dass diese weder am Fahrzeug scheuern noch abknicken e Leitungen nicht in unmittelbarer N he der Abgasanlage verlegen Der Ausfall einer Anh ngerleuchte auch die Blinkerleuchten nicht R ckfahrscheinwerfer und Nebelschlussleuchte wird durch die Lichtausfall Kontrolle im Kombi Instrument signalisiert Eine zus tzliche Kontroll Leuchte C2 zur Kontrolle der Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger am Anh nger ist im Fahrzeug nicht vorhanden Bei Anh ngerbetrieb wird die Nebelschlussleuchte des Zugfahrzeugs abgeschaltet Bei Anh ngern ohne Nebelschlussleuchte muss diese nachger stet werden Ein Steckdosenadapter darf nur im Anh ngerbetrieb genutzt werden Nach dem Anh

6. en gt MY2006 Die Einzelleitung schwarz rot zum Bremslichtschalter verlegen Das fahrzeugseitige 4 polige Geh use abziehen und Sekund rverriegelung ffnen Die Leitung rot schwarz aus Kammer 4 entriegeln und in das am Leitungssatz befindliche 1 polige Buchsengeh use einsetzen Aus dem Leitungssatz die Einzelleitung schwarz rot in die freigewordene Kammer 4 einsetzen Sekund rverriegelung schlie en und Geh use wieder auf Bremslichtschalter verrasten Die nun offenen 1 poligen schwarzen Geh use zusammenstecken gt Hinweis 20 21 Die Einstellung des Bremslichtschalters darf bei der Anbindung des Leitungssatzes auf keinen Fall ver ndert werden Eine eventuelle Justierung des Bremslichtschalters muss gem VW Reparaturleitfaden erfolgen MY2007 gt Das schwarze Geh use und die kurze Leitungsbr cke an der Einzelleitung schwarz rot abschneiden wird nicht mehr ben tigt Bei Fahrzeugen mit BSG Medium oder High Diese Leitung mit beiliegendem Schneidklemm Verbinder fachgerecht mit der Leitung auf Kammer 2 im 16 poligen Stecker auf Steckplatz E am Bordnetzsteuergerat verbinden Bei Fahrzeugen mit BSG Basis Diese Leitung zum Relais auf Steckplatz 1 REB im Relaistrager Uber dem BSG verlegen und mit beiliegendem Schneidklemm Verbinder fachgerecht mit der Leitung schwarz rot auf Kammer 2 verbinden Am Sicherungstrager Abb 1 3 lila Verriegelung durch Verschieben ffnen 22 Folgende Leitungen in die jeweilige a
