MAINTENANCE ENTRETIEN AFTER THE FIRST 100 HOURS OF OPERATION 7 Check the battery in case of the electrolyte is low add only distilled water 8 Grease all the lubrications parts of the machine according to the greasing indications EVERY 1500 HOURS OF OPERATION 1 Perform engine maintenance according to the maintenance manual 2 Clean the air filter and replace the filtering elements 3 Replace the oil of the differential axles and wheel reductors following the indication of the previous section 4 Replace hydraulic circuit oil and filter element To drain the oil release the plug at the bottom of the tank Collect the oil in an adequate container 5 Refill with new oil according to the lubrication table up to the required level 6 Check for hydraulic circuit oil leaks If necessary replace leaking pipes of gaskets 7 Serie DH 15 4WD Remove the rear differential axle an reductors oil To do it release the and D figs 16 and 17 and empty the oil Put the C and D taps again and fill with the reccomended oil throug the tap fig 15 Wait the oil establishes and check the level through the hole of the A tap fig 15 Lubrication Every 100 hours of work lubricate with Lithium grease Verkol RS 2 or similar the indicated points showed on the lubrication table as well as all the articulation turning or sliding points Pay special attention to these indications before and after a period of
