5. completa di due tubi flessibili con raccordi per tubo di rame da 6x8 mm flessibili hanno lo scopo di ridur re la trasmissione delle vibrazioni e del rumore attraverso le tubazioni Il tubo flessibile inferiore 1 deve essere montato sul filtro 2 e collegato al tubo d aspirazione della cisterna Il tubo flessibile di mandata 3 deve essere montato sul raccordo superiore e collegato all impianto La pompa deve essere installata verticalmente utilizzando gli appositi fori di fissaggio La pompa non ha fusibile perci si raccomanda di prevedere un fusibile da 0 5A installato presso l interruttore ATTENZIONE NON INSTALLARE ALCUN TUBO DI RITORNO ALLA CISTERNA E AL BRUCIATORE tubi d aspirazione e ritorno della pompa del bruciatore devono essere collegati tra loro per mezzo di un T come indicato nella Fig 2 E consigliabile l installazione di un rubinetto per facilitare lo sfiato dell aria durante la fase d avviamento La pompa fornita di filtro e di valvola di ritegno quindi non necessaria la valvola di fondo sul tubo d aspirazione della cisterna Pu essere eventualmente installato un filtro Si consiglia di far accendere la pompa in parallelo al bruciatore In alcuni casi richiesto il funzionamento continuo della pompa indipendentemente dalla richiesta di gasolio Questo tipo d installazione non pregiudica in alcun modo il funzionamento della pompa che pu rimanere perma nentemente sotto tensione con la mandata chiusa
6. e current by means of a diode INSTALLATION The pump has one suction inlet and one delivery output The pump is supplied with two hoses to be connected to 8mm copper pipes The hoses allow to reduce vibrations and noise transmitted by pipes The lower hose 1 which is fixed to the filter 2 must be connected to the suction pipe of the tank The upper hose 3 must be connected to the plant The pump must be installed vertically using the suitable fixing holes The pump is supplied without fuse therefore it is necessary to install a 0 5A fuse in the mains switch to protect the pump ATTENTION DO NOT INSTALL ANY RETURN PIPE EITHER TO THE TANK OR TO THE BURNER The suction pipe and the return pipe from the burner must be T connected to each other as shown in Fig 2 lt is advised to use a cock to allow air to blow out during startup The pump is fitted with a filter and a non return valve therefore installing a foot valve on the tank suction pipe is not required It is advised to start the pump and the burner in parallel Sometimes the pump must work continuously regardless of the quantity of oil needed This installation does not affect the functioning of the pump which can be permanently powered while delivery is closed When used with burners with flow rate of less than 15l h use a pres sure reducing valve MALFUNCTIONS AND SOLUTIONS NOTES FOR THE INSTALLER 1 The pump does not deliver any flow rate and no noise is heard Check
