INNOVATIVE HEARTH PRODUCTS HEARTH PRODUCTS KITS AND ACCESSORIES P N F150 Rev B 122019 CATALYST GASKET REPLACEMENT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING A REPLACEMENT CATALYST GASKET KIT FOR USE WITH VILLA VISTA WRT4826WH AND BIS PANORAMA WOOD BURNING FIREPLACES KIT CONTENTS 1 ea Catalytic Gasket 1 ea Instruction Sheet CATALYST GASKET REPLACEMENT KIT PR SR2378 Catalyst Gasket Replacement GENERAL INFORMATION If you encounter any problems need clarification of these instructions or are not qualified to properly install this kit contact your local distributor or dealer Read this instruction sheet in its entirety before beginning the installation ALL WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS IN THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION MANUAL PROVIDED WITH THE APPLIANCE APPLY TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS SHUT DOWN THE APPLIANCE AND ALLOW IT TO COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE PROCEEDING INSTALLATION Step 1 Remove the catalyst assembly from the fireplace according to the steps found in the fireplace installation and operation instructions Step 2 Carefully remove the catalytic cells from the contour box and remove the gasket Step 3 Cutthe replacement gasket PR SR2378 at 2 5 8 see Figure 1 2 5 8 PR SR2378 ed Figure 1 Step 4 Positionthe cut gasketfrom step 3 onthe side of the central catalytic cell and maintain it in place with masking tape see Figure 2 Gasket from step 3 F2. Placer le morceau de joint d tanch it coup al tape 3 sur l un des c t s de la cellule du centre et le maintenir en place l aide de ruban cache voir figure 2 Joint d tanch it coup l tape 3 Figure 2 Ruban cache tape 5 Positionner les cellules de catalyseur tel que montr sur la figure 3 de mani re ce que le morceau de joint d tanch it plac l tape 4 se trouve entre 2 cellules de catalyseur la cellule plus courte doit tre positionn e au centre Placer la longueur de joint d tanch it restante tel que montr sur la figure 3 et l aligner avec le bas des cellules catalytiques Bas des cellules catalytiques Figure 3 tape 6 Plier le joint d tanch it sur la cellule centrale de mani re ce qu il soit en ligne avec les cellules catalytiques Voir figure 4 Figure 4 REMARQUE LES SCHEMAS ET LES ILLUSTRATIONS NE SONT PAS L CHELLE tape 7 Poursuivre le pliage du joint d tanch it chaque extr mit s afin tape 8 Ins rer le catalyseur dans la bo te de contour de bien envelopper les 3 cellules et les s curiser en place avec une large bande de ruban cache Voir figure 5 tape 9 Remonter le catalyseur assembl dans le foyer en effectuant les tapes l inverse du d montage tel que mentionn dans le manuel Ruban cache d utilisation du foyer Figure 5 REMARQUE LES SCHEMAS ET LES ILLUSTRATIONS NE SONT PAS LECHELLE IHP s
