14. de from all the documents I gave in order to be delivered to the French authorities In summary I can say that I received an order for one hundred timers and that I delivered these one hundred timers to Mr El Shibani The shipment was made by Kuhne and Nagel The delivery of these one hundred timers followed by an airmail letter dated July 26 1989 to Mr Shibani in TRIPOLI It is true that after the delivery slip from Peter Kremsen dated February 6 1989 I ordered a unit of the timer and tests were done on this unit As far as I remember I did not send the timer unit to TRIPOLI I now remember that this single timer was sent to Libya after the technical modifications made in my company after an airmail letter dated June 27 1989 I would like to add that I have made available to the criminal police of Lubeck a copy of the check delivery dated June 12 1989 in the amount of 7 200 DM This amount is the price of the one hundred timers I would like to remark once again that Mr Shibani still owes us 400 DM Since this amount concerns the one hundred timers in a minimal order I was just able to cover travel expenses and my revenue as a commercial agent because of the other large orders Question Did you see the assembly of the finished timers before delivering them to Libya D12255 14 Answer No I did not see it Mr Shibani only told us that they were installed and that they worked Question Besides Mr Shibani and Mr Sherif
