10. fore use 3 Vacuum Pad Mark free type is equipped with floating stroke of 1mm but this is only used for adjustment of work piece with a slight slant Please add spring type holder if buffer control is required Minimize lateral force on the sliding part of spring holder The abrasion of holder may cause malfunctions and dust 4 There is no whirl stop mechanism between the flexible holder and resin pad Therefore do not subject the product to rotating transportation 5 Compared to rubber type pad Mark free pad permits large vacuum pressure leakage from the lip part Therefore do not use the pad where vacuum must be held for certain period of time At the same time maintain vacuum flow as much as possible in order to minimize pressure drop by the leakage 6 Wash the suction surface of vacuum pad beforehand Otherwise dirt or dust attached to pad surface may leave as marks As for the washing be careful not to make flaws on the suction surface Use dilution of neutral detergent and do not use organic solvent 7 The product uses parts made of special staniless steel in order to secure the strength However the stainless steel is not aimed at rust prevention Therefore it may get rusted depending on environmental conditions 8 When installing the flexible holder to equipment or pad holder tightening it with a proper tool at the recommended tightening torque below then make sure that there is no loosening Thread size Tigh
