36. ousing Take out Camera Bracket and 3 sponges You do not use Red Wire provided STEP A Blower Auto or Continuous For 24VAC type You can run blowers continuously by attaching JUMPER CONNECTOR provided Thus you can keep inside temperature of both lower part and upper part equally when you install it in extreme cold area For extreme cold area we recommend installation of optional heater to be added It can have a little defrost effect on capsule and help remove condensation Note Usually even in extreme cold area blower run by 39 auto Thermostat should be no problem but continuous run of blower may be recommended in extraordinary extreme cold area 24VAC type Detach Safety Wire Housing side Installation of Upper Housing Attach 5 9 150mm Length Safety Wire to upper Hook Safety Wire on wall bracket housing Pull through Loop of Safety Wire like photo leg gt STEP Attach 1 4 20UNC screw first in L shape slot and then tighten other screws with equal torque N CAUTION Use Silicon Clear Nor provided around all 5 pcs of 1 4 20UNC screws to avoid rusting all 5pcs of 1 4 20UNC Female Thread in coastal area 40 Vent Holes of Lower Housing Vent Holes are open IP54 to prevent Condensation of capsule and cool down inside temperature However you are requested to close IP66 it by using Rubber Gasket provided 3 pcs for A ODW5 series
37. se clean gloves when you open and close capsule later on Finger print causes distortion of picture Black around lens with black marker in order to avoid reflection when zoom lens is maximum wide angle and color of object is black color or sunset Example of Reflection pi Ghost when lens is hitting upper housing Ghost will appear when you zoom in object on a condition which lens is hitting upper housing N CAUTION Do not use Electric Driver Do not tighten screws too strong when you close housing Too much torque may damage female thread or insert of housing You cannot feel Adequate Torque from your hand when you use Electric Driver 47 48 Cleaning of Capsule Cleaning of capsule is necessary to maintain a good picture quality Capsule is made of Polycarbonate which is very strong against impact However it is vulnerable to scratch Follow the following instructions to clean capsule Order is for your reference D 2 4 N CAUTION 49 There is a case that you cannot clean capsule completely depending upon installation site s condition even if you follow the following instructions We are unable to warrant any damage such as scratch and deterioration of capsule quality you caused when you cleaned capsule even if you follow the following instructions When you find any damage on capsule we advise you to purchase replacement capsule Please as
