NAOSITE Nagasaki University s Academic Output SITE Author s I EESTI Citation HHHHHHHHH V 27 pp 115 120 1969 Issue Date 1969 08 URL http hdl handl e net 10069 31285 This document is downloaded at 2015 11 06T02 36 09Z http naosite lb nagasaki u ac jp 118 Oi D3 On the Deviation of the Oscillating Frequency of Facsimile Receiver Shigeru UMEZONO The facsimile receiver mounted on the Nagasaki Maru had been gradually increasing the phase signal year by year To test it measurements were carried out on the deviation of the crystal oscillating frequency The results of measurements and some considerations are reported here l It is usual that the deterioration of crystal piece results in a decrease of the oscillating frequency but incase of the present apparatus it has resulted in an increase 2 The deterioration of the thermostat makes its action inactive and the time of electrification longer which consequently enhances the temperature in the tank and the oscillating frequency 3 The worsening of the oscillating condition makes the effect of the condenser of the adjustment circuit remarkably worse and causes the curve to approach a horizotal line
