RESSIONE DI EROGAZIONE CAFFE 8 9 Bar MPal 0 8 09 Il livello di pressione sonora ponderato A della macchina inferiore a 70dB Per il corretto funzionamento e la buona manutenzione della macchina si consiglia di seguire attentamente il presente manuale attenendosi alle norme indicate e facendo riferimento agli schemi riportati all interno INSTALLAZIONE Prima di installare la macchina accertarsi che il voltaggio e la potenza della rete siano adeguati ai dati riportati nella tabella delle caratteristiche tecniche Togliere quindi la macchina dall imballo e collocarla in modo stabile e sicuro nel luogo destinatole accertandosi che vi sia lo spazio necessario per l utilizzo della stessa Posizionare la macchina ad una altezza da terra alla griglia superiore di 1 5 Mt 5 ITALIANO Allacciamento elettrico Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla linea previa interposizione di un interruttore di protezione con portata adatta seguendo le seguenti operazioni Prima il cavo di massa dopo i cavi di fase nel caso di doverli staccare si esegue l operazione inversa prima i cavi di fase e dopo il cavo di massa Si raccomanda il collegamento della macchina ad un efficiente presa di terra e secondo la normativa vigente VERIFICARE CHE I DATI DI TARGA SIANO CONFORMI ALLA LINEA DI ALIMENTAZIONE SCHEMA DI INSTALLAZIONE CAVO ALIMENTAZIONE Resistenza GIALLO VERDE VERDE ALIMENTAZIONE MONOFASE 230V gt 50Hz 120V
10. 8 MANIPULACION La caida accidental de la bomba puede causar abolladuras deformaciones que pueden comprometer las delicadas tolerancias internas por el mismo motivo es necesario prestar la maxima atenci n cuando la bomba se fija a la morsa para el montaje o el desmontaje de las uniones 9 INCRUSTACIONES DE CAL En caso de que el agua bombeada sea particularmente calc rea y no est pretratada con resinas de cambio i nico otros sistemas eficaces es posible que dentro de la bomba se formen incrustaciones La utilizaci n del by pass como regulador de caudal acelera este fen meno mayor es la recirculaci n de agua m s rapido es el proceso Las incrustaciones pueden causar un progresivo endurecimiento de la bomba y en algunos casos el bloqueo o una reducci n de presi n debida a una modulaci n incorrecta del by pass Para limitar el problema es aconsejable usar bombas con caudales adecuados al circuito hidr ulico de la m quina En algunos casos podr a ser til efectuar peri dicamente un tratamiento desincrustante con cidos espec ficos USO Control preliminar Antes de utilizar la m quina es preciso asegurarse de que La misma est enchufada El tubo de carga est conectado correctamente a la red no haya p rdidas y el agua est abierta El tubo de descarga est colocado seg n las instrucciones anteriores Hay que seguir estos pasos Abrir un grifo del vapor B colocar el interruptor general D en la

Auch f r die Taste f r die Entnahme von heiBem Wasser M6 kann durch Wiederholung des oben beschriebenen Arbeitsgangs eine Dosierung eingestellt werden Am Ende des Arbeitsgangs wird die gespeicherte Dosierung automatisch auch von den restlichen Gruppen benutzt Die brigen Gruppen k nnen jedoch unabh ngig programmiert werden durch Wiederholung der zuvor ausgef hrten Arbeitsg nge nachdem nur die erste Gruppe links programmiert wurde b Im Steuerger t gibt es 2 Sicherheitssysteme die das elektronische System und verschiedene Komponenten der Maschine sch tzen Sollte bei Dr cken einer Taste f r die Kaffeedosierung das entsprechende Led blinken so zeigt dies eine St rung des elektronischen Systems oder das Fehlen der Wasserversorgung an Aus Sicherheitsgr nden ist vorgesehen dass die Abgabe des Wassers nach 4 Minuten und nicht sp ter als nach Abgabe von 4 Litern Wasser stoppt C Die Elektronik AMALFI DLX SED hat auch die M glichkeit einen Vorbr heffekt zu erzielen indem der Kaffee f r 0 6 Sekunden befeuchtet und anschlieBend die Br hung f r 1 2 Sekunden blockiert wird Diese Zusatzfunktion kann nur f r die Einzeldosen angewendet werden REINIGUNG Filter Nach der Abgabe des letzten Kaffees sind Filter und Filtertr ger mit Wasser zu reinigen Zeigen sie Besch digungen oder sind sie verstopft m ssen sie ausgetauscht werden Abflusswanne und Gitterrost Das Gitterrost und die Abflusswanne sind h ufig aus ihrem Sitz zu nehmen

14. generalmente posizionata prima della pompa e dei filtri deve avvenire sempre per evitare cavitazione in anticipo rispetto all ac censione della pompa Per lo stesso motivo quando la pompa finisce di erogare la chiusura dell elettro valvola deve essere ritardata L aumento della rumorosit il fenomeno pi percettibile se la condizione persiste le conseguenze sono simili a quelle previste per il funzio namento a secco 5 RITORNO D ACQUA CALDA A volte capita che la valvola di non ritorno prevista sul circuito idraulico della macchina tra la pompa e la caldaia sia difettosa In questo caso la pompa potrebbe rimanere a contatto con acqua calda 90 100 c e rovinarsi a causa dalle diverse dilatazioni dei materiali impiegati il bloccaggio la conseguenza pi diffusa ITALIANO 6 CONNESSIONI NON IDONEE Le pompe possono avere raccordi 3 8 NPT conici o GAS cilindrici talvolta vengono utilizzati bocchettoni e nippli con filettature diverse da quelle consigliate delegando al sigillante o al teflon una tenuta fatta solo con pochi giri di filetto Se il raccordo viene forzato c il rischio di produrre un truciolo se si utilizza troppo sigillante c la possibilit che l eccedenza entri nella pompa in entrambi i casi possibile provocare danni 7 COLPI D ARIETE L apertura dell elettrovalvola se prevista dopo la mandata della pompa deve avvenire per evitare colpi d ariete in anticipo rispetto all accen si
15. um von Kaffeer ckst nden gereinigt zu werden Kaffeesatzreste aus der Abfallsammelschale mit warmem Wasser absp len um schlecht riechende Ablagerungen zu vermeiden Wasserreinigungsanlage Der Enth rter muss regelm ig nach den vom Hersteller festgelegten und der Packungsbeilage zu entnehmenden Modalit ten regeneriert werden AuBengehause Das AuBengeh use und die Bauteile aus Stahl sind zur Vermeidung von Kratzern mit einem Schwamm und einem weichen Tuch zu reinigen Es sollten keine Reinigungsmittel mit Scheuerpulver L sungsmittel oder Stahlwolle benutzt werden HINWEISE Es wird empfohlen w hrend der Maschinenbenutzung die verschiedenen Instrumente unter Kontrolle zu halten und die normalen vorhergehend beschriebenen Bedingungen zu berpr fen Nach einem Nichtgebrauch der Kaffeemaschine von einigen Tagen sowie w hrend des normalen Gebrauchs sollte der Kessel alle 2 3 Monate entleert bzw gef llt und einfaches Wasser und Kaffee welcher weggeworfen wird bezogen werden damit die internen Leitungen besser gereinigt werden F r die Aktivierung der Vorbr hung Bei ausgeschalteter Maschine den Hauptschalter D auf Position 1 stellen und gleichzeitig die Taste M1 der linken Gruppe gedr ckt halten solange wie die Led Anzeige der Taste M5 eingeschaltet bleibt dann die Taste M1 loslassen Dann den Hauptschalter D auf Position 0 setzen und nachfolgend auf Position 2 um den Vorgang zu speichern F r die Deaktivierung der Vo
