Betriebsstundenz hler integriert Dieser zeigt die Laufzeiten in h des Ger tes im Heizbetrieb an Die Laufzeiten k nnen nach dem Offnen der Schaltkastent r abgelesen werden 4 Arbeitsweise Beim Betrieb wird das Heiz l EL von der Brennerpumpe ber die Saugleitung aus dem beigestellten Tank oder aus einer fest installierten Olversorgung angesaugt Die f r die Heizleistung erforderliche Olmenge wird der Brennerd se ber die Druckleitung zugef hrt in die Brennkammer gespr ht und gez ndet Es entsteht eine Flamme die zusammen mit ihren Verbrennungsgasen die Brennkammer und den W rmetauscher erw rmt Von der Pumpe gef rdertes bersch ssiges Heiz l flie t zur ck in den Beh lter Nach einer kurzen Aufheizzeit schaltet der Temperaturregler den Ventilator an Dadurch wird eine sehr kurze Aufheizzeit erreicht Der Ventilator bl st die angesaugte kalte Luft ber die Brennkammer und den W rmetauscher Dadurch wird sie erw rmt Die erw rmte Luft tritt auf der Gegenseite durch den Ausblasstutzen aus Zum Heizen wird der Hauptschalter auf Stellung JL Heizen eingeschaltet Zun chst l uft der Brenner an und nach Erw rmen von Brennkammer und W rmetauscher schaltet auch der Ventilator zu und f rdert warme Luft Ein evtl angeschlossener Raumthermostat muss h her als die Umgebungstemperatur eingestellt sein sonst l uft das Ger t nicht an weil keine Stromzufuhr vorhanden ist Zum L ften wird der Hauptschalter auf Stellung

I L ften am Schaltkasten eingeschaltet Es l uft ausschlie lich der Ventilator das Ger t arbeitet nun als L ftungsger t Zum Abschalten des Ger tes wird der Hauptschalter auf Stellung 0 gestellt Hauptschalter HEV O drying solutions 5 Anschl sse Stromanschluss Das Ger t wird mit 230 Wechselstrom 50 Hz betrieben Der 25T wird ber ein 2 5 m langes Kabel mit Schukostecker betrieben Der Anschluss darf nur an solche Netze erfolgen die mit einer Sicherung von minimal 10 A abgesichert sind L ngere Zuleitungen sollten mindestens 3 x 2 5 mm bzw 5 x 2 5 mm Querschnitt haben um einen zu starken Spannungsabfall bis zum Ger t zu vermeiden Bei Unterspannung bis 195 V arbeitet das Ger t noch einwandfrei Bei St rungen also Spannung am Ger t kontrollieren Betrieb mit Raumthermostat Soll das Ger t die Temperatur geschlossener R ume automatisch auf einer bestimmten Temperatur halten so wird ein 230 V Raumthermostat angeschlossen Dazu muss die Kappe von der Ger tebuchse entfernt werden nun kann der Thermostatstecker in den Buchseneinsatz gesteckt werden lvorw rmung Heiz l scheidet bei tiefen Temperaturen Paraffin aus Es verstopft den Olfilter und l sst sich nicht pumpen Das Ger t startet damit nicht Die Ger te besitzen deshalb elektrische Heizelemente Die Olvorw rmung macht das Ol flie f hig Sie arbeitet thermostatgesteuert unabh ngig vom Ger teschalter jedoch muss der Stecker de
