S MASTER sofort angehal T Di 20cm lt ten Die T r ffnet umgehend reversiert Stopp Es ert nt ein 7 maliger schneller Piepton Gleichzeitig blinkt die rote LED o HINWEIS 7 Eine in Offnungsrichtung unterbrochene Lichtschranke reagiert nicht die ffnungsbewegung wird fortgesetzt Ist eine der Lichtschranken defekt so l sst sich die T r aus Sicherheitsgr nden nicht automa tisch schlie en Der HS Master muss abgeschaltet werden die T r l sst sich im Handbetrieb weiterhin bet tigen Es ist ein Service erforderlich 5 3 Betrieb mit Sicherheits Lichtvorhang optional Oberhalb der T rschlie seite befindet sich je ein Sicherheitssensor auf der Innen und Au enseite der T r Er arbeitet auf etwa einer Personenbreite als nicht sichtbarer Lichtkegel von oben nach unten breiter werdend Wird von einem der Lichtkegel ein K rperteil erkannt so wird die Schlie bewegung des HS MASTER sofort angehalten Die T r ffnet IM umgehend reversiert Stopp Es ert nt ein 7 maliger schneller Piepton Gleichzeitig blinkt die rote LED 7 HINWEIS Einin ffnungsrichtung unterbrochener Lichtvorhang reagiert nicht die Offnungsbewegung wird fortgesetzt Ist einer der Lichtvorh nge defekt so l sst sich die T r aus Sicherheitsgr nden nicht automatisch schlie en

Schiebet r vorne birgt immer die Gefahr von Verletzungen durch Quet schen der u eren Extremit ten wie beispielsweise der Finger Ebenso des K rpers und speziell des Kopfes Man denke auch an Kinder Auch die Nebenschlie kante einer T r hinten sowie der Mittelsto einer T r ist oftmals in gleicher Weise als Gefahrenstelle zu sehen ACHTUNG Die Auslaufzeit des Antriebes mit der T r bewirkt beim Abschalten durch Taster oder Sicherheits Senso ren zwar eine sofortige Motorabschaltung aber es bleibt ein Bremsweg der unvermeidbar als Restgefahr besteht Bei schnellen Bewegungen zu T r und Antrieb kann es so dennoch zum Quetschen von K rper teilen kommen Niemals in den engen Bewegungsbereich von Schlie kanten der T r treten oder greifen solange der Antrieb l uft Kinder niemals unbeaufsichtigt im Bereich von automatischen T ren lassen Halten Sie Kinder generell fern von automatischen T rantrieben Der Hebe Schiebet r Antrieb HS MASTER ist kein Spielzeug GEFAHR Durch die Schwenkbewegung des oben angeordneten Anlenkgest nges mit Hebeln besteht prinzipiell eine erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr f r H nde Zur Reinigung den Antrieb immer au er Betrieb setzen Radar und alle Ansteuer Sensoren l sen den Bewegungsvorgang automatisch aus Niemals am Gest nge hantieren wenn der Antrieb arbeitet Bei allen Schlie oder ffnungsbewegungen durch den kraftgetriebenen elektrischen An trieb d rfen keinerlei War

11. chutz bei Benutzung von Arbeitsmitteln durch Arbeitnehmer bei der Arbeit Bedienungsanleitung GU a 2 Funktionshinweise i Der HS Master ist mit einem elektrischen Antrieb ausger stet der ein integriertes Wegmesssystem enth lt Mit dessen Hilfe ist die elektronische Steuerung immer ber die aktuelle Position der T r informiert Bei Stromausfall oder sonstiger Netztrennung verliert die Steuerung diesen Wert und sie muss ihn nach der Wiedereinschaltung des Netzes erneut lernen Dieser Vorgang wird aus Sicherheitsgr nden nicht selbstt tig eingeleitet Die Vorgehensweise und Handhabung ist nachfolgend beschrieben Au erdem erfasst das Messsystem jegliche von Hand ausgel ste Bewegung der T r und setzt sie in einen Fahrbefehl um Push and Go genannt Es ist also m glich den Antrieb auch ohne Handtaster Druck zu aktivieren von gewissen Ausnahmen zur Sicherheit abgesehen Informationen dazu siehe Kapitel 4 2 Letztlich wird die Motor Stromaufnahme st ndig kontrolliert und bei Hindernissen als berlastung regist riert Entsprechend wird der Motor ab oder umgeschaltet Dennoch bleiben die im Kapitel 3 1 bestehen den Restgefahren 3 Inbetriebnahme Die Inbetriebnahme bezieht sich auf den Vorgang nach der Montage Erst Inbetriebnahme und auf alle weiteren Einschaltvorg nge nach Netzausfall oder anderer notwendiger Netztrennung 3 1 Gefahrenhinweise A A Verletzungsgefahr durch Quetschen Die HauptschlieRkante einer

15. er die Drucktaste T2 benutztwerden O 4 5 Zwischenposition Stopposition Winterstellung Mit Drucktaste T2 l sst sich eine frei w hlbare Zwischenposition als Halt w hrend der ffnungsfahrt programmieren Diese Funktion wird auch als Winterstellung bezeichnet Bei eingegebener Zwischenposition f hrt die T r immer nur bis zur gew nschten Offenstellung Einstellung c T r auf oder zufahren und an gew nschter Stelle anhalten c Drucktaste T2 f r 2 Sekunden gedr ckt halten bis die gelbe LED leuchtet Die Zwischenposition ist von der Steuerung bernommen Die gelbe LED neben Drucktaste T2 leuchtet st ndig Die T r ffnung endet immer an der Zwischenposition cg ffnungstaster oder Funkhandsender AUF dr cken die T r f hrt auf bis zur einprogrammierten Zwischenposition amp gt Nochmals ffnungstaster oder Funkhandsender AUF dr cken die T r f hrt weiter bis zur kompletten Offenstellung gt Das L schen der Zwischenposition geschieht durch nochmaliges Dr cken von Drucktaste T2 f r 2 Sekunden wobei die T r an jeder Position stehen kann Die gelbe LED neben Drucktaste T2 erlischt ce Zwischenposition ndern alte Zwischenposition l schen und neu einspeichern 4 6 Software Reset Mit der Drucktaste T2 l sst sich zu jeder Zeit ein Software Reset durchf hren Danach muss eine Lernfahrt durchgef hrt werden c Drucktaste T2 f r ca 5 Sek gedr ckt halten bis die rote LED aufblinkt und gleichzeit
