1. Der Anbausatz wird an der Oberseite des Ventilantriebs befestigt Je dach Ventilbauart kann diese Befestigung unterschiedlich sein 3 rey Die Ankoppelung des Stellungsreglers an das Ventil erfolgt ber einen mechanischen Anschlag der ventilseitig vorzusehen ist und mit der Ventilspindel verbunden sein muss Auf der planen Oberflache des Anschlags liegt die R ckf hr Taststange mit R ckstellfeder auf die die Ventilstellung an den Regler weitermeldet Der Anschlag muss so eingestellt sein dass das Ma X gemessen von der Oberkante des Adapterrings bis zur Auflageflache bei nicht druckbetatigtem Ventil erreicht wird siehe unten Er muss nach der Einstellung durch Kontern oder Verklebung gesichert werden Anmerkung je nach Antriebskonstruktion wird m glicherweise keine optische Sichtanzeige ben tigt z B bei Membranantrieben mit S ulenaufbau In diesem Fall wird lediglich der Adapterring direkt auf dem Ventilantrieb befestigt das Einstellma X bleibt jedoch gleich d h die Taststange reicht in den Antrieb hinein Ventilantrieb Anschlag Anbausatz Stellungsregler Das Ma X ist nicht konstant sondern h ngt vom Ventilhub ab Bei federschlieBenden Antrieben gilt schlieBt s X in mm 50 8 Hub 2 und bei feder ffnenden Feder ffnet Antrieben 65 60 55 50 45 40
