8. l atte lage trois points rend cet appareil extr mement polyvalent dans les diff rentes conditions d emploi L utilisation de l arbre de transmission hexagonal permetle coulissement rapide du groupe de fraisage sur les glissi res et simplifie consid rablement cette op ra tion Procedure 1 Nettoyer soigneusement le chassis et les glissi res utilis es pour le deport afin d augmenter le coulissement des parties en contact et faciliter le travail 2 Desserrer la vis 1 Fig 15 qui fixe la protection 3 Fig 15 de l arbre hexa gonal au corps r ducteur 3 D visser les deux vis avant et arri re 2 Fig 15 16 qui fixent le chariot au corps du ch ssis 4 Faire glisser le chariot jusqu la posi tion voulue et remonter ensulte les vis dans les trous correspondants la nouvelle position obtenue Fixer galement la vis 1 Fig 15 de bloccage de la protection 3 Fig 15 3 8 EXECUTION DU TRAVAIL Commencez le travail avec la prise de force au r gime et enfouissez graduelle ment la houe dans le sol Evitez d ap puyer trop fort sur la p dale d acc l ra teur quand la prise de force est en mar che Ce qui serait tr s dangereux pour l appareil et le tracteur Pour choisir le fractionnement le plus appropri au terrain il faut tenir compte d un certain nombres de facteurs nature du sol proportions moyennes sableux argileux etc profondeur de binage vitesse d avancement du tracteur r

La tension de la cha ne de transmission est r gl e automatiquement par un ten deur 3 6 COUTEAUX Les couteaux mont s sur la houe sont indiqu s pour travailler les sols ordinai res Contr lez tous les jours leur usure et int grit Lorsqu ils se plient ou se cas sent pendant le travail il faut les rempla cer aussit t Le nouveau couteau devra tre mont exactement dans la position de celui remplacer Fig 14 S il faut remplacer plusieurs couteaux d montez et montez toujours un couteau la fois pour viter des erreurs de position Les houes rotatives sont normalement quip es de 4 couteaux par flasque Les boulons de fixation des couteaux doivent avoir la t te c t couteau et l crou avec la rondelle c t flasque Fig 14 Respecter les valeurs des couples de serrage voir tableau la page 25 En cas de remplacement des couteaux veillez surtout ce que les nouveaux couteaux occupent les positions de ceux d mont s Fig 14 3 5 TENDORES DE CADENA La tensi n de la cadena de transmissi n se ajusta automatic mente por medio de su apropriado tensor de cadena 3 6 AZADILLAS Las azadillas que presenta la m quina son id neas para trabajar sobre terrenos de normal conformaci n Controlar todos los d as su buen estado y eventual des gaste Si durante el trabajo por eventua les accidentes se doblan o rompen es necesario sustituirlas inmediatamente prestando atenci n de montar la
