5. berhitzung und damit verbundene Sch den des Motors zu vermeiden sollte in regelm igen Abst nden das Gebl segeh use entfernt und die K hlrippen gereinigt warden Z ndkerze Das Reinigen von Z nd kerzen mit Sandstrahlger ten ist nicht empfehlenswert Die Z ndkerzen s ubert man am besten mit einer Drahtb rste Elektrodenabstand 0 75 berpr fen bei starkem Abbrand wechseln Wir empfehlen nachfolgende Arbeiten von einem Fachmann durchf hren zu lassen bei Bedarf Z ndanlage berpr fen bzw einstellen Vergaser reinigen und einstellen Zylinderkopf und Auspuff entkohlen Ventile pr fen und evtl Nacharbeiten Hinweis f r Stillegung des Briggs u Stratton Motors Bei Motoren die mehr als 30 Tage stillgelegt warden sollen mu der Brennstoff vollst ndig abgelassen warden um Harzbildung an den wichtigsten Teilen wie Vergaser Benzinleitungen und Tank zu vermeiden 1 Der benzintank mu vollst ndig geleert warden Lassen Sie den Motor laufen bi ser aus Mangel an Brennstoff stehenbleibt 2 Entfernen Sie die Z ndkerze gie en Sie etwa einen ERl ffel Motoren l in den Zylinder und drehen Si eden Motor langsam durch um das l zu verteilen Setzen Sie die Z ndkerze wieder ein 3 Entfernen Sie von Zylinder Zylinderkopfrippen und Gebl segeh use Schmutz und Gras Kupplungseinstellung Das Kupplungsspiel mu am Kupplungshebel Abb 4 ca 10 mm betragen Um ein Rutschen der Kupplung zu vermeiden mu dieses Spiel

7. pu a volte succedere che le lame della barra e dei coltelli rimangano danneggiate o deformate Si consiglia pertanto di controllare anche le condizioni di queste parti ad ogni riaffilatura del coltello che deve essere eseguita ogni 5 10 ore d esercizio a seconda delle condizioni d uso Riparare i danni presenti e raddrizzare le lame deformate Solo delle lame perfettamente diritte garantiscono un taglio uniforme In questa occasione si consiglia anche di controllare sempre le guide dei coltelli e di riprendere ogni gioco eccessivo Importante per la ripresa del gioco delle guide Riprendere prima una guida poi la seconda la terza ecc Dopo la ripresa di ogni singola guida deve essere possibile muovere avanti e indietro manualmente il coltello senza difficolt Riaffilatura della lama falciante A seconda delle condizioni d uso dopo 5 10 ore d esercizio le lame falcianti avranno perso il filo in misura tale da richiedere una riaffilatura A questo scopo smontare la lama dalla barra falciante e ripulirla Controllare che il dorso e il filo della lama non siano deformati In tal caso procedere alla rettifica Fig 14 15 Solo a questo punto si pu procedere alla riaffilatura opportuno impiegare allo scopo una mola manuale da 15000 20000 giri al minuto associata ad una fresa a tazza di 25 mm di diametro e 35 mm circa di lunghezza Per l affilatura si usa solo il lato frontale della fresa procedendo dal dorso della lama verso i

Abb 3 Reversierstarter 1 Abb 5 Einlaufzeit Der Motor darf w hrend der ersten Betriebsstunden nicht bis an die Grenze seiner Leistungsf higkeit beansprucht warden Vorsicht Motor nicht in geschlossenen R umen laufen lassen Die Auspuffgase enthalten Kohlenmonoxyd ein geruchloses aber t dliches Gas Starten Achtung Beim Starten sind die Vorschriften der UVV zu beachten d h die Bedienungsperson mu beim M hen au erhalb der Gefahrenzone des Messerbalkens Abb 5 stehen Achtung Briggs u Stratton Motor ist nur f r Einsatzverh ltnisse bis max 30 Neigung einzusetzen Wichtig Vor jedem Starten ist zu pr fen da sich der Gasregulierhebel 2 Abb 3 nicht in Stop Stellung befindet Ferner ist vor jedem Starten der Motor lstand zu kontrollieren 1 Motor Kupplungshebel 1 Abb 3 ziehen M hwerk ausschalten und Leerlauf einlegen 2 Gasregulierhebel 2 Abb 3 bis auf Anschlag Start nach links stellen 3 Am Handgriff 1 Abb 5 das Starterseil bis zum Widerstand langsam herausziehen dann schnell und kr ftig weiterziehen Handgriff nicht loslassen sondern Seil langsam zur ckf hren 4 Sobald der motor angesprungen ist Gasregulierhebel 2 Abb 3 von Start auf MAX stellen dabei gegebenenfalls etwas langsam vorgehen damit sich der Motor erw rmen kann 5 Mit dem Gasregulierhebel kann die gew nschte Betriebsdrehzahl im Bereich von 2700 3200 min eingestellt warden Hinweis Bei warm

11. conservare mai le macchine in ambienti in cui sono presenti fertilizzanti minerali controlli e le riparazioni che richiedono conoscenze tecniche devono essere affidati unicamente a una buona officina specializzata assistenza EUROSYSTEMS o Briggs amp Stratton Utilizzare solo ricambi originali Preparazione della macchina per lunghi periodi di inattivit Pulire a fondo la macchina in tutte le sue parti ricoprire con grasso le parti nude riparare la verniciatura scaricare il carburante pulire serbatoio carburatore e linea della benzina Eventualmente conservare a parte il motore Sostituzione lame Attenzione Quando si lavora sul movimento falciante il motore deve essere spento la leva di regolazione gas 2 Fig 3 deve essere in posizione di riposo e l azionamento del movimento disinnestato Rimuovere le viti autobloccanti 1 Fig 12 e togliere l alloggiamento della testa di taglio Togliere la lama superiore sfilandola da destra o da sinistra Procedere al contrario per montare la nuova lama Regolazione lame Fig 13 Per una corretta regolazione la superficie di scorrimento anteriore della guida 3 si trova sotto il portalame 4 senza gioco e l elemento guida 5 parallelo alla guida 3 Le lame dei coltelli 2 sporgono di 0 5 2 mm rispetto alla lama della barra 1 e il gioco x deve essere di 0 2 1 mm Inoltre deve essere possibile muovere avanti e indietro facilmente la lama falciante Il gioco causato da usura tra il po
