REN Mit zunehmendem F llstand des Staubsacks verringert sich die Saugkraft e Um den Staubsack zu entleeren ziehen Sie die Leiste im unteren Bereich des Staubsacks heraus und entfernen Sie sein Inhalt Gipsstaub e Wenn der Staubsack geleert wurde stecken Sie die Leiste wieder so rein dass die ganze ffnung verdeckt ist BEDIENUNG UND WARTUNG Bevor Sie jegliche Einstellungs Bedienung oder Reparaturarbeiten beginnen trennen Sie das Ger t von der Stromversorgung Die Schleifmaschine soll sauber gehalten werden Verwenden Sie f r die Reinigung kein Wasser oder andere Fl ssigkeit Reinigen Sie die Schleifmaschine mit einer B rste Die L ftungs ffnungen sollen regelm ig gereinigt werden damit der Motor der Schleifmaschine nicht berhitzt wird e Die Schleifmaschine soll an einem trockenen f r Kinder unzug nglichen Ort gelagert werden AUSTAUSCH DER SCHLEIFSCHEIBE Eine abgenutzte oder besch digte Schleifscheibe soll umgehend ausgetauscht werden e L sen Sie und schrauben Sie die Befestigungsschraube der Schleifscheibe 10 ab Abb I e Tauschen Sie die Schleifscheibe gegen eine neue aus und schrauben Sie die Befestigungsschraube fest GRAPHITE AUSTAUSCH DER KOHLEBURSTEN Abgenutzte k rzer als 5 mm verbrannte oder eingerissene Kohlenb rsten sollten sofort ausgetauscht werden Es sollten immer beide Kohlenb rsten gleichzeitig ausgetauscht werden e Schrauben Sie die Abdeckung der Kohleb rste

Schleifmaschine bei der Bedienung mit beiden H nden festgehalten wird auch an dem Zusatzhandgriff ist das Risiko geringer die Kontrolle ber das Ger t zu verlieren BEFESTIGUNG DES SCHLEIFPAPIERS Die Schleifmaschine verf gt ber eine Schleifscheibe so genannte Klett Schleifscheibe die schnelles Auswechseln von Schlafpapier erm glicht e Legen Sie das Schleifpapier so auf die Schleifscheibe 10 dass seine ffnungen a mit den ffnungen der Schleifscheibe der Schleifmaschine bereinstimmen was wirksame Staubabsaugung erm glicht Abb B und dr cken Sie das Schleifpapier fest e Um das Schleifpapier zu entfernen ziehen Sie es an einem Rand hoch und danach ziehen Sie es ganz ab Abb Es soll perforiertes Schleifpapier verwendet werden damit der Staub durch die L cher in der Schleifscheibe in die Absaugvorrichtung gelangen kann Vor jedem Wechsel des Schleifpapiers soll die Schleifscheibe mit einer B rste oder einem Pinsel vom Staub und allen anderen Verunreinigungen sauber gemacht werden STAUBABSAUGUNG e Stecken Sie das Endst ck des Saugschlauchs auf den Stutzen zum Anschluss der Absaugvorrichtung 4 Abb D e Schlie en Sie das andere Endst ck des Saugschlauchs an die Absaugvorrichtung an z B an einen Staubsack oder Werkstattsauger e Stellen Sie die richtige Saugkraft ein indem Sie den Saugregler 7 nach links oder nach rechts drehen Abb E MONTAGE UND EINSTELLUNG DES SCHULTERGURTES W
