3. 1 5 Sicherheitsbestimmungen Wartung lnstandsetzung Safety regulations maintenance repair Ausf hrung nur durch Fachpersonal Wartungs Instandsetzungs und Reparatur arbeiten d rfen nur von ausgebildetem und autorisiertem Fachpersonal anhand der jeweiligen Wartungs und Instandsetzungsanleitungen durchgef hrt werden Nach jeder Wartung und Instandsetzung ist eine Funktionskontrolle der relevanten Komponenten durchzuf hren Arbeiten an spannungsf hrenden Komponenten Vor der Durchf hrung von Arbeiten an spannungsf hrenden Anlagekomponenten sind die entsprechenden Bereiche spannungsfrei zu schalten Es ist sicherzustellen dass w hrend der Arbeiten die Energiezuf hrung der Anlage gegen unerlaubtes Inbetriebnehmen gesichert ist Bei gedffnetem Schaltschrank besteht Stromschlaggefahr Schadhafte elektronische Bauteile und Baugruppen m ssen nach dem Ausbau sachgerecht d h insbesondere vor Feuchtigkeit gesch tzt gelagert werden Fur den Transport sind die Teile stoBsicher zu verpacken Abk hlzeitraum beachten Vor der Durchf hrung von Arbeiten im Innenraum der Anlage D mpf Finisheinheit ist ein Zeit raum von einer Stunde nach Abschalten der Anlage abzuwarten damit die Anlage gr ndlich abk hlen kann Ansonsten droht akute Verbrennungs und Verbr hungsgefahr Arbeiten bei abgenommener Verkleidung Es besteht Quetschgefahr durch Kettentriebe und pneumatisch angetriebene Bauteile sowie d
