1. 6 MONTAGE 6 1 Lieferumfang BT 46ECO Maschine Arbeitstisch Winkelanschlag Arbeitstischtr ger Sechskantsteckschl ssel Sicherheitsanschlag Original Betriebsanleitung Schleifband und scheibe Bedienwerkzeug Schraubensatz berpr fen Sie nach Erhalt der Lieferung ob alle Teile siehe auch Kapitel 4 1 in Ordnung sind Melden Sie Besch digungen oder fehlende Teile umgehend Ihrem H ndler oder der Spedition Sichtbare Transportsch den m ssen au erdem gem den Bestimmungen der Gew hrleistung unverz glich auf dem Lieferschein vermerkt werden ansonsten gilt die Ware als ordnungsgem bernommen 6 2 Zusammenbau 6 2 1 Tellerschleifer fig a e Standf e auf die Unterseite der Maschine aufstecken e Schutzabdeckung auf die Welle auflegen e Schutzabdeckung mit drei Schrauben befestigen e Tellerschleifer auf die Welle aufstecken e Tellerschleifer mit Inbusschl ssel festziehen e Die Befestigung der Schleifscheibe erfolgt ber eine Klett Haftverbindung Schleifscheibe sorgf ltig ausrichten und fest auf den Tellerschleifer dr cken e Unteren Scheibenschutz mit vier Schrauben befestigen 6 2 2 Arbeitstisch fig b e Bolzen 15 in Arbeitstischtr ger 3 stecken Um das Einklemmen von Fingern oder Werkst cken zwischen Arbeitstisch 5 und Schleifscheibe 10 zu vermeiden darf der Abstand zwischen Arbeitstisch und Schleifscheibe maximal 2mm betragen max 2mm e Befestigungsschraube mit Inbusschl sse
