1. Entfernen Sie die vordere Anschlaglinealf hrung Schnell ffner durch l sen der vier Schrauben Entspannen Sie das S geband mit dem Hebel Schnell ffner durch Drehen in Richtung des Uhr zeigersinns Entfernen Sie nun das S geblatt indem Sie dieses durch den Schlitz im Gusstisch schieben Tragen Sie hierzu Schutzhandschuhe um Verletzungen vorzubeugen Legen Sie jetzt das neue S geband so ein dass die Z hne in Schnittrichtung nach unten schauen Sobald Sie das S geband in die richtige Position gebracht haben kann dieses wieder mit dem Hebel Schnell ffner gespannt werden Stellen Sie die genaue Spannung wie unter Punkt Spannung des S gebands ein und jus tieren Sie die Laufrollen der oberen und unteren F hrung wie im Punkt Einstellen der S gebandf hrung beschrieben Drehen Sie nun das obere Handrad einige Umdrehungen und kontrollieren Sie den korrek ten Lauf des eingelegten S gebands Montieren Sie jetzt die vordere Anschlaglinealf hrung mit den vier Schrauben Verschlie en Sie beide Laufradabdeckungen und verriegeln Sie diese Schlie en Sie die Maschine als letzten Schritt wieder an die Versorgungsspannung an Starten Sie die Maschine und kontrollieren Sie den korrekten lauf des eingelegten S ge bandes Falls der Lauf des Bandes nicht korrekt sein sollte wiederholen Sie die zuvor be schriebenen Schritte HOLZMANN Maschinen Austria amp www holzmann maschinen at Seite 13 Holzbands ge

C Stellen Sie nun durch L sen der Schraube C die hintere F hrungsrolle so ein sodass ein druckloses aufliegen des La gers am S gebandr cken gew hrleistet ist HOLZMANN Maschinen Austria amp www holzmann maschinen at Seite 11 Holzbands ge Wood bandsaw HBS 470PROFI MANN INBETRIEBNAHME UND BEDI ENUNG Untere F hrung a L sen Sie die Sechskantschraube A und stellen Sie das F hrungsmodul soweit vor dass die Schneidezahne des Sage blattes noch ca 2 3mm vom Lager herausragen Anschlie end diese Schraube wieder fest anziehen b Lockern Sie nun beide Lagerbefestigungs schrauben und schieben Sie diese Richtung Sageblatt sodass ein Abstand von weniger als 1mm 0 8mm 1mm zum Blatt bleibt Schrauben wieder fest anziehen C Stellen Sie nun durch L sen der Schraube C die hintere F hrungsrolle so ein sodass ein druckloses aufliegen des La gers am S gebandr cken gew hrleistet ist 6 10 Montage F hrung amp Anschlaglineal und Noniusskala Montieren Sie die vordere und hintere F hrungsschiene f r das Anschlaglineal mit den gelieferten Schrauben Anschlie end das Anschlaglineal in die vordere F hrungs schiene bei waagerechtem Gusstisch einh ngen und zum zuvor einjustierten S geband schieben Das Anschlaglineal mit dem Fixierungshebel vorsichtig fixieren Schieben Sie die Noniusskala B in die Ausnehmung des Aluminiumpro fils bis der Teilstrich bei der Zahl O

31. n Sie dazu gegebenenfalls die Winkelskalierung Danach den Tisch in der gew nschten Position mit dem Hebel wieder fixieren 6 7 Handrad zum Einstellen des Laufrades Damit das S geblatt zentriert auf den beiden Laufr dern l uft muss die Winkellage des oberen Laufgrades eingestellt werden Hierzu muss zuerst der Klemmhebel gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ge l st werden worauf hin mittels des Laufradeinstellhebels die Win kellage des Rades eingestellt werden kann Achten Sie hier unbe dingt darauf dass die Maschine vom Netz getrennt ist Drehen Sie nun das obere Laufrad einige Umdrehungen von Hand und kontrollieren Sie ob das S geband nun zentriert l uft Laufradeinstell handrad Klernm hebel 6 8 Spannung des S gebandes Handrad Spannung Die Spannung des S gebandes kann mit dem Handrad spannung eingestellt werden Durch das Sichtfenster kann die Spannung in Abh ngigkeit der S gebanddimension kontrolliert und eingestellt werden 6 9 Einstellung S gebandf hrung Obere F hrung a L sen Sie die Sechskantschraube A und stellen Sie das F hrungsmodul soweit vor dass die Schneidez hne des S geblattes noch ca 2 3mm vom Lager herausragen Anschlie end diese Schraube wieder fest anziehen b Lockern Sie nun beide Lagerbefestigungs schrauben B und schieben Sie diese Richtung Sageblatt sodass ein Ab stand von weniger als 1mm 0 8mm 1mm zum Blatt bleibt Schrauben wieder fest anziehen
