7. 2 Entnehmen Sie die Batterien wenn Sie das Ger t l ngere Zeit nicht benutzen 3 Wenn Sie wieder aufladbare Batterien verwenden laden Sie diese in einem daf r vorgesehenen Aufladeger t 4 Wenn Sie die externe Stromversorgung verwenden m ssen Sie die Batterien oder Akkus entfernen Speicherkarte einsetzen ji Vor der ersten Verwendung einer neuen SD Speicherkarte muss diese formatiert werden Verwenden Sie hierf r nur die Formatierungs Funktion des Ger tes vgl Men funktion Formatieren der Speicherkarte auf Seite 27 Die Diktate werden auf der Speicherkarte gespeichert Setzen Sie vor dem Beginn einer Aufnahme eine SD Speicherkarte ein 1 ffnen Sie die Abdeckung des Speicherkartensteckplatzes 2 Schieben Sie die Speicherkarte so in den Speicherkartensteckplatz ein wie es auf der R ckseite des Diktierger tes unter dem Speicherkartensteckplatz abgebildet ist 3 Dr cken Sie die Speicherkarte behutsam in den Steckplatz bis sie eingeras tet ist und schlie en Sie die Abdeckung 11 Hinweis 1 Verwenden Sie ausschlieBlich SD Speicherkarten bis max 128 MB 2 Stellen Sie sicher dass vor dem Einlegen der Speicherkarte der Schreibschutz entriegelt ist Schreibschutzriegel an der Speicherkarte nach oben Bei Verwendung von SD Karten mit eingeschaltetem Schreibschutz bernimmt der Hersteller keine Gew hr 3 Die Aufnahmekapazit t des Diktierger ts h ngt von der Gr e der
8. dem Diktierger t auf Machen Sie zuerst eine Testaufnahme um die Ubertragungsqualitat zu pr fen und ver ndern Sie ggf die Wiedergabelautst rke des anderen Audioger ts 31 Diktate zwischen Diktierger t und PC bertragen Sie k nnen das Diktiergerat bzw die eingesteckte Speicherkarte wie einen blichen Wechseldatentr ger z B USB Stick bzw Memory Stick verwenden Sie k nnen beliebige Dateien auf das Ger t bertragen um diese zu transportieren Sie k nnen jedoch nur Dateien vom Typ df im Diktierger t abspielen Das Abspielen erfolgt wie im Abschnitt Wiedergabe beschrieben 1 Um auf die Speicherkarte zugreifen zu k nnen muss diese im Ger t einge legt sein Alternativ k nnen Sie ein f r die Speicherkarte geeignetes Speicherkartenleseger t verwenden Verbinden Sie das Diktierger t mit dem PC Finden Sie im Windows Explorer den Laufwerksbuchstaben der der Speicherkarte zugeordnet ist Wechseldatentr ger Die Diktate befinden sich in den Verzeichnissen A bzw B Benutzen Sie den Windows Explorer um die Diktate zwischen Diktierger t und Ihrem PC zu bertragen per Drag amp Drop oder per Copy amp Paste Diktate automatisch in DictaNet importieren Das DictaNet Handdiktierger t wird automatisch als Importger t erkannt Die Diktate k nnen am PC mit der DictaNet Player Software bearbeitet werden 1 32 Sobald das Ger t als angeschlossen erkannt wird k nnen Diktate import
