2. iP 2 NOTE The front tyres ALWAYS have HUMPS raised treads on Remove the PoolCleaner from the pool making sure to place the hoses straight Seperate the PoolCleaner from the Leader Hose The tyres must be replaced when the tyres are worn down Takhar in to the tread wear indicators ke J both the 2X amp 4X PoolCleaner The back tyres on the 4X DO NOT have humps 3 To remove the 4X PoolCleaner back tyres Place the bolt through the Wheel Hub and Place the cleaner on a work surface To remove the 2X PoolCleaner tyres or 4X PoolCleaner front tyres using only your hands other objects may damage the PoolCleaner simply fold the tyre off from top to bottom you will need to remove the Shroud with a Phillips screwdriver and then remove the Wheel Hubs with a 5 32 4mm Allen wrench turning the wrench counterclockwise Once off fold the tyre off the Wheel Hub To replace stretch the tyre over the Wheel Hub starting from one side and folding it back on Make sure the tyre is on correctly If need be do this closer to your body for better leverage AIAN line it up with the threaded hole making sure the gear protruding from the 4 PoolCleaner engages with the gears on D j the Wheel Hub Tighten bolt with Allen wrench clockwise Place the Shroud back onto the PoolCleaner making sure it s on correctly

Drop the three screws into the screw holes and secure 8 TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR POOLCLEANER PROBLEM The PoolCleaner does not move The PoolCleaner moves too slow see also does not move above The right wheel will not turn when rotated by hand The loops in the hoses won t come out The PoolCleaner does not clean the entire pool The PoolCleaner climbs the wall too much or climbs out The PoolCleaner won t climb the wall see also moves too slow above The hoses leak The PoolCleaner falls on its side and takes too long to recover SOLUTION The pump may be turned off The pump may not be primed Check for leaks in the system symptoms bubbles from the returns Problem or obstruction in the system Filter needs backwashing Clean pump and skimmer baskets Pump impeller may be blocked see pump manual Obstruction in the PoolCleaner itself See pg 9 to clear Problem or obstruction in the system Obstruction in the PoolCleaner itself Low wheel RPM insufficient flow See pg 7 to adjust Obstruction in the PoolCleaner itself See pg 9 to clear The hoses have been stored in a coiled position Lay them straight in the sunlight Clean swivel on cleaner head by running it under a tap The hose is too short See pg 4 Step 2 The float s may be in the wrong position See pg 4 Step 2 The Hose Cone Swivel on the turbine cover may be dirty Clean it
4. e 4 o INSTALLING TRE POOLCLEANER Cont STEP 5 i 45 connectors gt 4 Install the vacuum plate into the skimmer box this is the plate that the vacuum hose plugs into when manually vacuuming Place the hose cone into the hole in the vacuum plate lt hose Connect the two 45 connectors together then place into the hose cone CZ Ss 4 5 vacuum plate STEP 6 1 Connect the regulator valve to Turn on the pool pump The Connect the regulator valve to the end of the vacuum hose ensuring that the arrow on top of the regulator valve is pointing away from the pool i e the direction of water flow ON regulator valve the 45 degree connector PoolCleaner is now ready to be adjusted for the correct speed NOTE If the pool has a dedicated wall suction point as shown below insert the hose cone into the wall suction fitting then attach the regulator valve and vacuum hose Close off the regulator valve and adjust the cleaner speed via the 3 way valve on the pool plumbing closed regulator 5 valve GETTING STARTED STEP 7 Adjust the wheel RPM revolutions per minute to obtain optimal setting of 11 13 RPM NOTE It will still clean as lo
5. there is an obstruction If it moves smoothly there probably is no obstruction 4ZOWTN 3 Place the cleaner on a work surface You will E need a Phillips screwdriver Remove the y i amp three screws that hold the Shroud Top Cover and remove the Shroud Set the screws and Shroud aside 4 Remove the Turbine Cover The Turbine Cover fits tightly so you may have to wiggle it a little If need be remove the vanes by sliding them out horizontally Should there be any obstruction remove it When you reinsert the vanes make sure that they fold forward toward the front of the i cleaner the grill Also make sure that you don t insert the worn 1 side of the vanes into the turbine hub as this would cause them to fall out F R O N T 7 5 Replace the Turbine cover making sure it is on correctly Now visually inspect the rest of the cleaner removing any debris that may be in gears drive shafts etc BEFORE PLACING THE SHROUD BACK ON REPEAT STEP 2 turning the right wheel to make sure the B 2 PoolCleaner runs smoothly If it doesn t eee turn you may have replaced the vanes incorrectly Place the Shroud back onto the PoolCleaner making sure it s on correctly Drop the three screws into the screw holes and secure 7 SERVICING YOUR POOLELEANER Changing tyres on your PoolCleaner BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING TURN THE PUMP OFF SUCTION CAN BE DANGEROUS

9. w as 8 RPM but will not climb walls While the PoolCleaner is running take it by the leader hose so that the PoolCleaner is just below the water KEEP THE CLEANER BELOW THE WATER LEVEL or else it will suck air Now count the number of revolutions made per minute by the RIGHT FRONT WHEEL by using the hump raised treads as your marker If it is between 11 and 13 RPM you are done If it is above 13 RPM adjust your regulator valve until the RPM drops below 13 Once it has dropped below 13 RPM you are done with Step 7 If it is below 11 RPM adjust your regulator valve so that more water flows through the PoolCleaner and skimmer until it is above 11 RPM Once it is above 11 RPM you are done with Step 7 NOTE This is equivalent to 7 to 10 inches 18 25cm of mercury on a vacuum gauge A vacuum gauge is NOT included with the PoolCleaner but is available at your local pool store Count RPM here at the hump on the RIGHT FRONT WHEEL KEEP THE POOLCLEANER BELOW THE WATER LEVEL SERVICING YOUR POOL CLEANER Removal of obstruction or turbine vane replacement BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING TURN THE PUMP OFF SUCTION CAN BE DANGEROUS 1 Remove the PoolCleaner from the pool making sure to place the hoses straight Seperate the PoolCleaner from the Leader Hose 2 First we will check to see if anything is clogged inside the PoolCleaner Rotate the RIGHT FRONT wheel forward the grill is the front If it won t move
