LACING THE STANDARD DRAWER UNIT Install the standard drawer unit in the reverse order of removing The drawer top has the following holes with which the drawer position can be changed L Standard position O B Rear position 600 700 CHAPTER 6 EXPANSION CHAPTER 7 IN LINE I F UP E10IN BOARD 1 Remove the top cabinet UP S0O2MB 04MB 2 Install the spacer 1 on the MAIN PWB 3 Connect the UP E10IN 3 to the MAIN PWB 2 CN 304 1 Open the case 1 2 Install the two spacers 4 the ROM RAM PWB unit 3 Connect the 502 to the ROM RAM PWB unit CN 303 4 Fix the UP E10IN to the spacer with a screw 4 5 Pass the TCP IP cable 5 through the two standard holder and one to the following PWB UP E10IN side CN3 MCR POLE RELAY PWB side CN504 NOTE The 502 504 has an electric double layer ca pacitor C21 When removing it after using use caution not to bring it close to any conductor 7 Remove the rear cover 8 Connect the LAN cable 40 to the LAN connector 41 UP 600 700 9 Install the core 42 to the LAN cable 41 4 Install the MCR unit to the MCR angle 1 3 and secure with 2 screws 6 NOTE Install the ferrite core in a position less than 50 mm from the cabinet Cabinet IN LINE cable Within 50mm CH

THE LCD UNIT 1 Remove the top cabinet from the bottom cabinet 2 Remove the LCD flat cable 4 and the earth wire from the CKDC PWB 3 Remove the two screws from the LCD HINGE 4 7 A N N BK is MA Se GAC aa _ Insert flat bladed screwdriver into the right and left mounting areas and remove 5 With flat bladed screwdriver remove the two latches of each of the LCD rear cabinet 6 and the LCD filer 7 Turn of A and B when you remove it aa LCD HS unit 2 4 LCD back light Neb 8 2 REPLACING THE LCD UNIT Install the LCD unit in the reverse order of removing UP 600 700 CHAPTER 4 REMOVING THE PRINTER UNIT 1 REMOVING THE PRINTER UNIT 2 Remove the top cabinet Remove the two screws 1 fixed on the printer unit 3 Remove the screw fixed on the earth wire 4 Remove the printer cable from the MAIN PWB 2 REPLACING THE PRINTER UNIT Install the printer unit in the reverse order of removing UP 600 700 CHAPTER 5 REMOVING THE STANDARD DRAWER unit For KA KB version 1 REMOVING THE STANDARD DRAWER UNIT 1 Open the printer cover 2 Remove the screw 2 fixed on the drawe unit 3 Stand the main drawer sideways as illusted above and re move the drawer connector from the MAIN PWB CN 5 _ 2 REP
