3. read and understand the entire user s manual Misuse or improper use of this product could result in risks dangers and hazards which may result in serious injury or death The risks and dangers that may be encountered through the improper use of this product can be avoided by reading and following the warning guidelines listed within the user s manual and by proper use of this product Your assembly and use of this product shall be evidence of your agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law to properly follow the instructions and abide by the warnings set forth within the product manual Your assembly and use of this product shall also constitute a release to the extent permitted by law by you and by any third party permitted by you to use in any manner this product to Funballz from any and all liability for any loss damage injury and or expense that you or any user of this product may suffer as a result of the use of this product This release shall extend to any loss damage injury or expense due to any cause whatsoever including negligence or breach of contract on the part of Funballz and or any party participating in the design and or manufacture of this product The terms of this release shall be effective and binding upon you your heirs next of kin executors administrators assigns and representatives Your assembly and use of this product shall constitute your agreement to assume and accept any or all known or unkn

5. he handles in front of you to make sure navigating the Bumperz correctly e Explain the safety warnings and instructions to riders Make sure riders know how to get up and out of the Bumperz e If used on hard surfaces always wear knee pads to protect your knees from damage e In case of emergency it is possible to release the velcro belts and quickly get out of the Bumperz INFLATION MAINTENANCE It is not enough to simply fill up and go It is important to monitor the amount of air in this product as heat will cause the bladder to expand possibly causing damage to the seams If you leave a full product standing in the sun for an extended period of time it may be necessary to let some air escape to relieve pressure At the same time if it is stored out of the sun in a cool place you may need to add air Check and adjust inflation levels each time you use your product You will have more fun and your product will last for a longer period MAINTENANCE AND CARE e Very little care is required for the Bumperz You may clean your product using soap water or child safe anti bacterial wipes between each ride just the part above the handles where the face is pointing e The product when clean and dry can be deflated and stored in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight e To deflate simply release the valves from the product Avoid storing this product in areas of extreme temperatures and please take precautions agains
6. own risks of injury to you and or to third parties through the use of this product Funballz and related parties have not made and hereby expressly deny any oral or written representation and or warranty including warranty for a particular purpose other than what is set forth herein and in the Funballz s user s manual THE BUMPERZ INCLUDES e Bumperz PVC carry bag e Replaceable Velcro belts e 3 speed safety valves PRODUCT USE INSTRUCTIONS Take the Bumperz out of the box e Inflate the Bumperz until it is ferm to the touch see instruction video by using one I of the three 3 valves The air will automatically distribute itself around the Bumperz when inflating through only one valve Be aware not to over inflate as you may damage split the Bumperz If you have over inflated it you should allow a few seconds of air to escape and then put on the valve e Make sure the valves are tightly closed e Remove any sharp object from your pockets and belts before using the Bumperz In general keep the Bumperz away from any sharp objects or objects that may damage it in any other way e Adjust the Velcro belts inside the Bumperz according to individual body size and so they fit your shoulders Make sure that they keep the body in a safe and comfortable position all the time e Put on the Bumperz and make sure that there are at least 10 centimeters of space between top of head and upper edge of Bumperz e Always keep your hands in t
