Trouble Category Road Mileage ae Possible Trouble s ABS warning light ON Trouble Analysis Connect the diagnostic tester turn on the ignition switch read out the DTC and find that the diagnostic tester displays System Normal No DTC the ECU of the vehicle was ever replaced by a service station because of the ABS system failure but the fault occurs again after the replacement of ECU So the technicians of the service station have to search the reason starting from the sensor gear ring and harness Carefully check them even replace them with new parts and do not find out any clue then it is believed that this kind of fault may be caused due to the inexhaustive drainage of air in the system during the replacement of controller After the air is drained out again the problem still canjt be solved Connect the diagnostic tester to search the ABSjs encodes and find it displays 00000 It is obvious that the system isnjt encoded after the controller is replaced Troubleshooting This is a typical fault caused due to not encoding after the ABS controller is replaced When the ABS works it must conform to the following two conditions the jumper connection must be correct the proper controller encode shall be input The QQ vehiclejs ABS jumpers are the controllerjs 12 and 14 pins these pins are already reserved when the harness is manufactured and the controllerjs encode is 01901 The new ABS controlle2. r isnjt encoded After the controller is replaced the encode shall be input again Final Measure s Reinput the ABSjs encode 01901 and find the fault symptom disappears
