Die Schrauben B der Gum mikupplung auf der Wellen seite l sen Vier Schrauben A l sen Ge triebemotor mit Gummikup plung ausfahren und Motor mit Getriebe entfernen ACHTUNG Motor und Getriebe nicht am elektrischen Anschlusskabel h ngen lassen Beidseits der Filteranlage die Schrauben am B rstenwellen lager C l sen Alle Schrauben D innen und aussen l sen Jetzt k nnen Sie die Welle mit einem fingerdicken Durch schlagbolzen und leichten Schl gen von der Motoren seite her herausschlagen E Dabei wird das erste B rsten segmente von der Welle abge streift BEMERKUNG Wenn das erste B rstenteil von der Welle herunterkommt k n nen Sie die anderen B rstenteile auf der Welle nach rechts ver schieben und ebenfalls von der Welle nehmen 14 Remplacer les bros ses rotatives Le jeu de brosses rotatives doit tre remplac lorsque la qualit du nettoyage de la bande filtrante laisse d sirer parce que les brosses sont us es ou endom mag es Des brosses de rechange sont disponibles chez le fabricant H Streuli SA Meierskappel REMARQUE Il n est pas n cessaire de d ten dre la bande filtrante pour changer les brosses Mani re de proc der Placer l interrupteur principal en position HORS tension emp cher la remise sous tension par des tiers Desserrer les vis B de l ac couplement en caoutchouc c t arbre Des

GEFAHR H ngen Sie Bleche vorsichtig ein und aus Herunterfallende Bleche k nnen Sie verletzen Schmutz vom Schmutzleit blech in den Schmutzbeh lter wischen BEMERKUNG Der unten liegende Reintank ist mit Blechen zugedeckt so dass kein Schmutz hineinfallen kann Schmutzbeh lter leeren BEMERKUNG Beachten Sie zum Entsorgen von Schmutz die Vorschriften und Weisungen des Umwelt schutzes Beh lter hineinstellen Abdeck blech anbringen und Haupt schalter einschalten Description d taill e des op rations 1 Vider le collecteur de d chets du filtre Placer l interrupteur principal en position HORS tension D monter la t le frontale REMARQUE Les t les de protection sont munies d ergots par lesquels elles s appuient sur le cadre o elles sont maintenues par des taquets magn tiques Chaque t le comporte une poign e D montage des t les Retirez un peu le haut de la t le en la saisissant par la poign e Soutenez ensuite la t le de l autre main et d crochez la DANGER Accrochez et d crochez les t les avec pr caution En tom bant elles pourraient vous blesser Essuyer la t le guide boue faire tomber les impuret s dans le collecteur de d chets REMARQUE Le r servoir de liquide pur juste en dessous est recouvert de t les pare boue il n y a donc pas de risque que des impuret s y tombent pendant que vous tes en train de vid

Nachkorrekturen damit n tig sein k nnen Das Filtergewebe kann in sich selbst verschiedene Spannun gen aufweisen das heisst dass die Spannvorrichtung an den Massst be nicht unbedingt beid seitig die gleichen Positionen aufweisen muss WICHTIG Der Bandniederhalter 21 22 muss parallel eingestellt sein Das heisst auf der linken und rechten Seite m ssen die An schlagschrauben 21 und 22 ganz genau gleich eingestellt werden Der Bandniederhalter ist so tief einzustellen dass die Nahtstelle des Bades Drahtver schluss noch gut zwischen Wal ze und Blech durchlaufen und sich nicht einklemmen kann 4 Contr ler et r gler la tension de la bande filtrante Lors de l op ration de r g n ra tion la bande filtrante doit avan cer r guli rement Si la bande n est pas assez ten due vous pouvez y rem dier comme suit R glez les tendeurs 11 12 de mani re que la bande sans fin soit l g rement tendue Pro c dez avec pr caution et aug mentez la tension de mani re gale des deux c t s du filtre observer les r gles gradu es REMARQUE Notez que les tendeurs 11 12 permettent aussi d influen cer la marche de la bande fil trante Si celle ci va la d ri ve il peut tre n cessaire de corriger le r glage des tendeurs Comme la mati re filtrante peut accuser des carts de tension entre les deux bords de la bande il n est pas obligatoire que les positions sur les r g
