ACHTUNG Es d rfen keinerlei nderungen am Ger t vorgenommen werden Insbesondere d rfen die Abdeckungen der R hren nicht entfernt werden Ein Betrieb des Ger tes ohne R hrenabdeckung ist nicht zul ssig 19 Bestimmungsgem er Gebrauch Das Ger t ist ausschlie lich zur Ton und oder Bild wiedergabe im Heimbereich in trockenen R umen unter Ber cksichtigung aller in dieser Anleitung gemachten Angaben bestimmt Bei allen anderen Einsatzzwecken insbesondere in medizinischen oder sicherheitsrelevanten Bereichen ist vorher die Zulassung und Eignung des Ger tes f r diesen Einsatz mit dem Hersteller abzukl ren und schrift lich genehmigen zu lassen T A Ger te mit Rundfunk oder Fernsehempfangsteilen d rfen im Rahmen der g ltigen Allgemeingeneh migung f r Ton und Fernseh Rundfunkempf nger ver ffentlicht im Amtsblatt des Bundesministers f r Post und Telekommunikation in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland betrieben werden Mit dem Ger t d rfen nur Aussendungen empfangen oder wiedergegeben werden die f r die Allgemeinheit bestimmt sind Der Empfang oder die Wiedergabe anderer Aussendungen z des Polizei oder Mobil funks ist nicht gestattet F r die sp tere Entsorgung dieses Produkts stehen rtliche Sammelstellen f r Elektro schrott zur Verf gung A Pflege des Ger tes Vor Reinigungsarbeiten am Ger t ist der Netzstecker zu ziehen Die Oberfl chen des Ger tes so2. 6. 3 Average value with peak indicator This display is a combination of the slow average display plus the peak value for the last three seconds 4 VU meter off In this mode the VU meter is switched off Note The VU meter shows the momentary value for the channel with the highest output level Back panel controls 220 230 50 60 Hz 1800 W High Current High Power High current high power mode The S10 can either be operated as a high current am plifier High Current or as a high power amplifier The mode is selected using the slide switch on the back of the machine High current mode High Current is in dicated by an LED in the S10 s screen display High Current ON high current mode In high current mode the S10 s power output stages operate with reduced voltage but with more than twice the idle current bias This means that the S10 works in Class A mode even at relatively high output powers of around 35 Watts However the maximum output power in this mode is lower than in high power mode High current mode is an excellent choice if your system features high efficiency loudspeakers and also if the listening levels are not particularly high High current mode is also recommended for use with loudspeakers of very low impedance below 2 5 Ohm 30 Note In High Current ON mode the S10 operates with reduced supply voltages This limits its output power to 140 W If you li

Hochleistungsbetrieb Der Hochstrombetrieb eignet sich sehr gut bei Ver wendung wirkungsgradstarker Lautsprecher Auch dann wenn die Abh rpegel nicht extrem hoch sind oder bei Lautsprechern mit sehr geringer Impedanz unter 2 5 Ohm ist der Hochstrombetrieb empfehlenswert Hinweis In der Betriebsart High Current ON arbeitet der S10 mit einer verringerten Versorgungsspannung wodurch die Ausgangsleistung auf ca 140 W beschr nkt ist Wenn Sie Ihre Musik in hoher Lautst rke h ren und es zu Signalverzerrungen Clipping kommt raten wir auf den Hochleistungsbetrieb High Current OFF umzuschalten 10 High Current OFF Hochleistungsbetrieb Im Hochleistungsbetrieb werden die Leistungsendstufen des S10 mit h herer Betriebsspannung versorgt Da durch kann der S10 erheblich gr ere Ausgangs leistungen von bis zu 700 Watt pro Kanal bereitstellen Mit dieser extremen Leistungsreserve k nnen auch h chste Pegel und Dynamikanforderungen erf llt werden Fernbedienung des S10 11 Allgemeines Der S10 kann mit der Fernbedienung bedient werden Er erh lt seine Fernbedienungsbefehle ber das RLINK Masterger t z B den Vorverst rker P10 Vorraussetzung daf r ist dass das RLINK Kabel zwischen Vorverst rker und S10 angeschlossen ist Wird der S10 ohne RLINK Verbindung betrieben manueller Betrieb oder Einschaltung ber Triggerkontakt der 4 pol XLR Buchse k nnen die hier beschriebenen Fernbedienun

19. atic power on circuit can be activated using either an RLINK control cable a trigger voltage from the pre amplifier or by the music signal itself Switching on using an RLINK control cable If the S10 is connected to the T A P10 pre amplifier with an RLINK lead it is automatically switched on and off together with the pre amplifier Switching on using a trigger voltage 4 pin XLR socket An alternative method of remotely switching on the S10 is to use a trigger voltage 5 V 15 V which is provided by many pre amplifiers such as the T A P10 The trigger voltage is connected to the trigger control input of the 4 pin XLR socket When the trigger voltage is switched off the S10 switches itself off after a delay of about one minute Note For the P10 S10 combination the T A accessory range includes special 4 pin XLR cables with integral trigger wire Switching on via the music signal The S10 also features a signal controlled automatic power on circuit which switches the S10 on as soon as a music signal is present at one of its inputs When the music signal ceases the S10 switches itself off again after a delay of about thirty minutes The power down delay ensures that the S10 does not switch itself off inadvertently in response to brief pauses in the music Note Signal controlled power on is not recommended for the S10 as there is always a long delay between the music signal s appearance and the ampli
