TROUBLESHOOTING i al Possible Cause Corrective Action 1 Bulb is burned out 1 Replace light bulb Bulb will not light 2 Switch is off 2 Make sure switch is on 3 Faulty wire connection 3 Check wiring Crossed wires or power wire is grounding out Fuse blows or circuit breaker trips when light is turned on Check wire connections PRODUCT MAINTENANCE 1 To clean the outside of the lamp use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth use clean water never a solvent to wipe the shade and surface of the lamp 2 To clean the inside of the fixture first disconnect power to the fixture by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box Next use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth use clean water never a solvent to wipe the inside shade and interior surface of the fixture 3 Do not use any cleaners with chemicals solvents or harsh abrasives Use only a dry soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully LIMITED WARRANTY The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five 5 years from date of purchase This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service If this product is found to be defective the manufacturer s only obligation and your exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer s discretion provided that the product has not been dam

6. included FPS Oy Op 2 Mounting 3 Wire Nut x3 4 Mounting 5 Ground Plate Screw x2 Screw 5 ummm C 9 Loop Ring 13 Lock Nut 6 Canopy a 7 Nipple 8 Canopy Loop INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1 Turn off power at main fuse box 2 Tighten chain loop 10 onto fixture main body 3 Install mounting plate 2 assembly complete with nipple 7 and canopy loop 8 to junction box 1 with 2 mounting screws 4 as one complete assembly 4 Remove loop ring 9 from canopy loop 8 Slip canopy 6 over canopy loop 8 and secure by fastening loop ring 9 Adjust the height of the nipple 7 so canopy 6 will sit flat against ceiling and tighten lock nut 13 against mounting plate 2 5 Remove loop ring 9 and canopy 6 from ceiling Hold pendant up against canopy loop 8 with chain and adjust to desired height Remove excess chain 6 Before fastening chain onto canopy loop 8 weave pendant wire through every second link Let the canopy loop ring 9 slip to the bottom of chain Repeat this step for canopy 6 7 Secure chain onto canopy loop 8 Weave wire through the canopy loop 8 and into junction box 1 8 Install both ground wires of pendant one from the canopy 6 and one from the lead wire of the pendant to ground screw 5 or ground wire of junction box 1 or ground screw 5 on the mounting plate 2 Ref to Figure 1 9 Connect black or other wire of power supply to the smooth side of t
