1. SUNPENTOWN x Sunpentown INSTRUCTION MANUAL 1 ASSEMBLE EASY EYE FLOOR LAMP 1 Remove all parts from box Carefully read all instructions and locate parts for assembly 2 Set lamp base on sturdy ground with the shaft facing the same direction as the side with the power switch and front indication at the bottow should face front connect the connectors between the shaft and base 1 3 Insert shaft into base until the indicating curve line located at the bottom of the shaft is coverd and a clicking sound is heard 4 Connect the connectors between the lamp head and shaft 2 5 Insert bottom of gooseneck into shaft until it clicks into place 2 TO REMOVE THE COMPACT FLUORESCENT BULB 1 Make sure the lamp s power is switched OFF and power cord is unplugged 2 Firmly hold base 2 and pull defective bulb 3 from the socket 1 in an upward motion away from socket 3 Remove bulb from clips by pushing the clips outward 1 Make sure the lamp s power is switched OFF and power cord is unplugged 2 Remove the Anti reflective Lens by pushing the clip on the edge of the lens and pull 3 Firmly hold at base 2 insert bulb 3 into clips and push firmly into socket 1 4 Be sure it is firmly seated in the socket and snapped into the bulb clip 4 4 TO OPERATE Model Number SL 810 Turn on the switch the unit will light up immediately and generates negative ions to help ba2. lance the ionization in ypur home and office LON Model Number SL 820 Turn on the swich the unit lights up immediately 5 CAUTION Do not dismantle Do not place near flammable items or high heat sources Do not bend pull or manipulate the power cord Keep away from moisture SPECIFICATION oL 812 822 Power Consumption Power Supply 120V 60Hz Dimensions INCH 53 H x8 W x10 L Weight 10 3LBS Compact Fluorescent Bulb ML27W Compact Fluorescent Bulb can be purchased directly from Sunpentown Please call 1 800 330 0388 or email order sunpentown com EASYEYE FLOOR LAMP By Sunpentown Your Guarantee If this product is found to be faulty as a result of faulty materials or workmanship within one year from date of pur chase it will be repaired or replaced free of charge Parts are covered for three years This guarantee is subject to the following terms Sunpentown must be notified of the fault Proof of purchase must be presented to Sun pentown s nominated representative The warranty will be void if the product is modified misused or repaired by an unauthorized person The guarantee after repair or replacement will not be extended beyond the original one year period All replacement parts or units will be new or reconditioned Parts or units which are replaced become the propertv of Sunpentown The warranty applied for the use of the product in the USA Warranty does not include f
