Push panel into roof ridge channel until the other end rests on gutter ledge and then slide towards F 7 corner profile Repeat to install W 1 panel in back left corner NOTE VIEWS FROM OUTSIDE 8 2A Working from back right corner remove plastic film from both sides of one W 1 panel With side marked UV Resistant facing outside fit top end of panel IMPORTANT The panels expand and contract depending on the temperature Under some conditions the panels may require slight force to install Do not use excessive force or you may move profiles out of position If you are having difficulty sliding the panels use dish soap with water on the edges as a lubricant 8 2B With two set screws facing inside fit one F 1 profile next to right panel F 1 profile rests against widest part of roof ridge and lines up with top of gutter 4 os iy p a A e A z J i j r4 8 2C From inside hold profile in place with one B 4 connector Secure g iy A NOTE VIEWS FROM OUTSIDE FROM FRONT LOOKING TOWARDS BACK with two S 2C caps 8 2D Repeat step amp 2B through amp 2C to secure install and secure F 1 profile on left side 8 2E Hold two profiles together at roof ridge using one B 4 connector Secure with two S 2C c

As you slide R 1E profile toward R 1 profile make sure both B 10 Splices fit into openings in R 1E profile Continue sliding until seams are butted against each other NOTE The R 1 roof ridge profiles are 1 inch longer than the R 1E roof ridge extension profiles For the roof profiles to line up properly place the long bolt inch from end of R 1 profile 7 4B From outside make sure end of R 1E roof ridge profile rests on and is is flush with F 7 back profiles 21 of 29 WWW RSIWW COM 7 4C From inside secure R 1 and R 1E roof ridge profiles together using B 5 connector Make sure long bolt is from edge of R 1 profile Loosen T bolts on either side and adjust position to fit holes in B 5 connector Center B 5 connector over seam for most support f 4 A f 7 4D Secure B 5 connector by attaching S 2C caps to the T bolts NOTE Long hex bolt is secured after installation Connector NOTE VIEWS FROM INSIDE UNDER ROOF RIDGE B 5 ZA s 2c 4 7 5A Working from inside secure roof ridge to back end wall Loosen T bolts and adjust position to fit holes in B 7 connector Secure with two S 2C caps oy N VA t C7 vN NOTE VIEWS FROM INSIDE 7 5B Working from outside ensure all pieces are still flush If needed loose

If you have the 23 inch spacer tool included with your original greenhouse use that If not measure 23 inches between each of the F 1 profiles to ensure the panels are spaced properly Position F 1 profiles so single T bolt is next to base on inside 5 2B Fit B 3 connector onto base and F 1 profile Secure with two S 2C bolts spacer tool a CTT TTT W 1 XM NOTE VIEW FROM INSIDE NOTE VIEWS FROM INSIDE IMPORTANT The panels expand and contract depending on the temperature To ensure proper placement use the 23 inch spacer included with original set of tools or measure 23 inches between two F 1 profiles WWW RSIWW COM 14 of 29 5 2C Continue working from inside Remove plastic film from both sides of one W 1 panel Fit panel into channels in base and F 1 profile placing side marked UV Resistant facing outside W 1 NOTE VIEW FROM INSIDE spacer tool W 1 NOTE Panels will not fit completely to end of channels There will be some space to allow for temperature changes 5 2D Repeat steps 5 2A through 5 2C to finish one side wall N IMPORTANT The panels expand and contract depending on the temperature To ensure proper placement use the 23 inch spacer included with original set of tools or measure 23 inches between two F 1 profiles 5 2E Worki

11. proper water drainage and easy access to power and water necessary for greenhouse gardening The location should be away from structures that could cause snow to drift on or around the greenhouse Locate underground pipes or cables before preparing the site or anchoring the greenhouse 4 Prepare your foundation After choosing a location proper preparation of the site is essential The site must be level The greenhouse must be mounted to a base We recommend constructing a wood platform base using a perimeter of two by fours filled with either soil sod or gravel Instructions in this manual show how to extend a wood platform and assemble the extension kit on top of it Contact your local authorities regarding any required building permits or restrictions General Order of Assembly Materials Needed Step 1 Remove Back Wall e Four 6 pressure treated 2x4 lumber cut to 4834 Step 2 Extend Wood Platform 7 Step 3 Remove Upper Back Section e Fifteen 8 3 wood screws Step 4 Install Extension Kit Base e One 2x4 lumber cut to the height inside your Step 5 Assemble Right and Left Extension Walls greenhouse to support roof ridge during assembly Step 6 Reattach Back Wall to Extension Step 7 Assemble Extension Roof Ridge NOTE To determine the correct length for your 2x4 Step 8 Assemble Extension Roof support measure the height inside your greenhouse Step 9 Install Roof Vent the distance from the peak to the ground one f

Turning the T bolt ninety degrees so it is locked into place inside the bolt track is referred to in this manual as hand tighten Loosen T bolt refers to turning the T bolt back to parallel so it easily slides a EN NOTE The illustrations in this manual show sliding the T bolt into the bolt tracks You may also place them into the bolt track in the desired position and turn them to hold in place 5 of 29 WWW RSIWW COM Remove Back Wall Make certain the pieces are in the correct positions before assembling Carefully follow the order of assembly to ensure an easy installation Wear proper safety gear including work shoes gloves and goggles Place parts removed in staging area IMPORTANT You will be removing the back of the greenhouse to install the extension kit Drawings are shown looking at the back installing one extension kit to an 8x8 greenhouse 1 1 Before beginning place a 2x4 cut to the height inside your greenhouse one foot away from the back wall This 2x4 will support the greenhouse while you are installing the extension kit and will be removed when you are finished Position the 2x4 one foot away from the back and angle it so it is wedged between the ground and the roof ridge IMPORTANT The 2x4 lumber is needed to support the greenhouse during installation of the extension kit Place the 2x4 one foot away from 2 x 4 Lumber Support the back wall on the inside of the greenhouse b

17. ctor and profile and move them towards the back of the greenhouse to make more room to fit panel Eg in place aa ys B 4 Wl 2 Bl s 2c S 3 NOTE VIEW FROM OUTSIDE WWW RSIWW COM 25 of 29 8 4B Remove plastic film from both sides of one W 2 panel From outside position panel with extended ledge profile at outside top Install panel at slight angle sliding all the way into F 1 profile Fit other end into opposite F 1 profile If necessary apply slight pressure to bend panel and snap into place NOTE VIEWS FROM OUTSIDE 8 5 Have one person stand outside the greenhouse to observe the position of the roof ridge while the other person installs the B 9 brace The T bolts should be in the correct position but if the roof is not completely straight loosen the T bolts and adjust the brace to raise or lower the roof line Secure with two S 2C caps NOTE VIEWS FROM INSIDE 8 6 The G 4 and G 4E trim plates snap into G 1 and G 2 gutter profiles to hold roof panels in place Working from outside begin at front Position G 4 trim plate 4 over gutter and use handle of screw driver to tap into place Use one G 4 Qe a gt and one G 4E trim plates on each side Make sure the seams of the trim Q F plates are flush with each other and to the C 1 connectors at the front There may be a slight gap at the rear C 1 connector depending on
