Regardless of line configuration You may hear a call waiting tone The line with the incoming call will display the incoming call icon Press ol or the Hold soft key to put the original call on hold The incoming call will be displayed at the top of the call screen and the phone will ring Press the Answer soft key or the flashing green line key to answer the call If your phone is configured for a single Line Key per phone line The incoming call will be shown in the call list below the active call Scroll down to the incoming call and press the Answer soft key or the line key to answer it If your phone is configured for a multiple Line Key per phone line The line key below the active call will flash green to signal the incoming call To see information about the caller hold down the flashing line key for at least two seconds Using the Basic Features of Your Phone Toanswer the call press the line key If you hold the line key you can bring up the caller s information and press the Answer soft key to answer the call Ending Calls To end a call gt gt Do one of the following Press the End Call soft key Replace the handset if you are using it Ifyou are using a headset press Ifyour are using the speakerphone press gt Pressthe lt _ gt gt of the active call if enabled by your system administrator Redialing Numbers To redial the last call placed from your ph
