4. el The mic page input will be transformer balanced and will have the capability to automatically mute the AUX input The master section shall include two EQ contrals providing 10 dB of boost or cut at 100 Hz and 10 kHz The unit shall be packaged in a rugged metal chassis 10 137 wide by 6 416 tall by 2 775 deep One half inch mounting flanges shail be provided on each side The unit shall operate from 120 volts AC 60 Hz power The internal amplifier shall be capable of delivering 12 watts LIMITED WARRANTY RMS into 4 ohms and 8 ohms as well as providing 25 volt and 70 valt line outputs The unit shall be capable of delivering rated power from 50 Hz to 20 kHz 1 dB into 4 ohms at its 4 ohm output at less than 2 0 distor tion with system hum and noise at least 80 dB below rated power The unit shall be a Peavey Architectural Acoustics Division model UA 127 Peavey Electronics Corporation warrants to the original purchaser of this new Architectural Acoustics product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship product proves to be defective and Peavey is notifi and patch cords not covered Original purchaser Damage resulting from improper installation interconnection of f within one 1 year from date of purchase a properly installed ed Peavey will repair or replace it at no charge Note Batteries means the customer for whom the product is originally installed a unit or system of another manuf
5. t and 70 volt outputs screw terminals e Painted shelf top or wall mountable chassis DESCRIPTION The UA 12T is a high quality utility amplifier idealy suited for varying in stallation requirements It produces 12 watts into 4 and 8 ohm direct connec tions plus a broad range of line amplification Level controls are provi ded for mic page and AUX The mic page input is accessable via screw terminals and AUX In may be accessed via screw terminals or RCA jacks Bass and treble controls are functional on the total system mic page AUX When a signal is present at the mic page input the AUX input is muted This feature is internally defeatable when required Twenty five and seventy volt line out put capability is standard equipment and the unit is packaged for shelf or wall mounting convenience The user friendly control layout coupled with state of the art circuit design assures reliable long term operation and smooth trouble free installation WALL OR SHELF MOUNTING The UA 12T can be mounted on a vertical or horizontal surface using the brackets formed on the bottom panel For mounting on a wooden or paneled surface use No 6 x v2 or larger wood screws For mounting onto a masonry or drywall type surface use fasteners which are designed for this purpose UA 12T ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS The mixer amplifier shail have one switchable microphone paging channel and one dedicated auxiliary chann
