2.  desired level     CD PLAYER OPERATION    1   2    Or e io    N    9   10     11   12     Set the Function Selector   7  to the  CD  position    Open the CD Door   2   Place an audio CD with its label side upward in the CD  compartment and close the CD Door    After a few seconds  the total number of tracks on the CD will appear in the CD Track  Display   13     Press the CD PLAY Button   14  and the CD will start playing from the first track    Adjust the Volume Control   8  to obtain the desired sound level from the Speakers   9    To pause the music  press the CD PAUSE Button   14   The CD Track Display will flash  To  resume  press the CD PLAY Button   14  again    You can choose to play your favorite track directly by pressing the CD FWD Skip Button    16  to skip forward or CD REV Skip Button   10  to skip backward  The CD Track  Display   13  will indicate the correct track number selected    To repeat playing a particular track  press the REPEAT Button   15  once  The Repeat  Indicator in the CD Track Display will flash    To repeat playing the entire CD  press the REPEAT Button   15  twice  The Repeat All  Indicator in the CD Track Display will be solid    Press the REPEAT Button   15  a third time and the Random Indicator in the CD Track  Display will stay solid and the tracks will play randomly    To stop playing  press the CD STOP Button   12     When you wish to turn off the CD Player  set the Function Selector   7  to the  OFF   position     CD PROGRAMMED PLAY

This function allows the tracks to be played in a programmed sequence     1     2     Under CD stop condition  press the PROG  Button   11   The CD Track Display   13  will  display    P01    and the PROG  Indicator will flash    Press the CD FWD Skip Button   16  or CD REV Skip Button   10  to select the song to be  programmed    Press the PROG  Button   11  again to store selection  The CD Track Display   13  will  advance to    P02       Press the CD FWD Skip Button   16  or CD REV Skip Button   10  to select the next song  to be programmed and press the PROG  Button   11  to store selection    You may repeat steps 2 and 3 to program as many as 20 tracks  If you attempt to program    more than 20 tracks  the CD Track Display   13  will revert to    01    and the old entry will be  overwritten by the current new entry    Press the CD STOP Button   12  to end programming and return to normal play mode    To check the programmed tracks  press PROG Button   11  continuous to show all the  programmed songs  The CD Track Display   13  will display the program number first and  then followed by the flashing track number    Press CD PLAY Button   14  to begin programmed schedule  The first track in the program  will appear in the CD Track Display   13  and the PROG Indicator will stay solid    To cancel the programmed schedule  press the CD STOP Button   12        As long as the unit remains powered on and the CD Door   2  is not opened  you can    resume programmed play any time
