Havis Shields EQUIPMENT CORPORATION INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS C TCB 19 UNIVERSAL SIDE MOUNT TOOLS REQUIRED 3 16 Allen wrench Powered drill w drill bit set 3 8 Standard Socket Set Open end wrench set 3 8 Ratcheting Wrench HARDWARE QTY DESCRIPTION PART l Pole support assembly CM93071 19 l Telescoping pole assembly CM93072 1 8 14 20 Nylock nut GSM30016 16 Ya Flat washer GSM31005 8 Y4 20 x 3 2 Hex head bolt GSM33001 Always gt Read all instructions before installing any Havis Shields Equipment Corp products gt Check for obstructions Wire brake lines fuel tank etc before drilling any holes gt Use hardware provided with install kit SUB ASSEMBLY Telescoping pole 1 Confirm receipt of all hardware and components a assembly 2 Determine location to mount TCB INSTALLATION 1 MOUNT SUPPORT BRACKETS e With location determined mark mounting holes using lower support bracket as template Upper e Drill 2 holes on these marks e Attach lower support bracket to desired surface using 4 20 Bracket x hex head bolts washers and nylock nuts e Following same procedure for lower support bracket mark and drill holes for upper support bracket Lower e Mount optional C 3090 computer mounting platform to racke telescoping pole assembly using hardware and instructions provided with C 3090 Consolidator Kwik Raze Collins Dynamics Kwik Kit PrisonerTransports K 92.
