14. and Light Unit Buttons Turn the assembly over so that the sound and light unit buttons are toward you Remove the backing from the remaining wire clip Throw the backing away e Press the wire clip into place as shown on the dash 12 IMPORTANT The wire clip should open down Assembly Light Wire Wire Clip Battery Clamp Battery Lo Compartment M o naan 2 ap e Position the dash on the vehicle body e Make sure the motor connector is through the groove in the dash e Insert a 10 x 2 screw through each of the two corner dash tabs nearest to the passenger compartment e Insert a 10 x 1 screw through the two dash tabs nearest to the battery compartment e Insert a 10 x 1 screw into the hole in the center of the dash near the battery retainer clip e Fit the light wire into the wire clip Sound and Light Unit e Tigh i ATT i F f ghten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver Do not Wire Connector de over tighten e Plug the sound and light unit connector into the light wire connector Push firmly to make sure the connectors are completely joined Key Assembly Insert and snap the key assembly into the opening in the dash as shown 13 Assembly abels Dash View Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best When applying labels keep the following guidelines in mind e Wash your hands before applying the labels e Be
