Arena Par Universal DMX Control Universal DMX Control This function allows vou to use a Elatione universal DMX 512 controller to create unique proarams tailored to vour individual needs 1 The Arena Par has 3 DMX channel modes To set the channel mode see paae 10 See pages 17 19 for the DMX modes amp traits 2 To control vour fixture in DMX mode follow the set up procedures on paaes 5 7 as well as the set up specifications that are included with vour DMX controller Use the controller s faders to control the various DMX fixture traits This will allow vou to create vour own pbroarams Follow the instructions on paqe 9 to set the DMX address For lonaer cable runs more than a 100 feet use a terminator on the last fixture 7 For helo operating in DMX mode consult the manual included with vour DMX controller Arena Par Master Slave Operation Master Slave Operation This function will allow vou to link up to 16 units toaether and operate without a controller In Master Slave operation one unit will act as the controllina unit and the others will react to the controllina units proarams Anv unit can act as a Master or as a Slave 1 Usina standard XLR data cables daisv chain vour units together via the XLR connector on the rear of the units Remember the Male XLR connector is the input and the Female XLR connector is the output The first unit in the chain master will use the female XLR connector onlv The last unit i2.
