3. 2 Ajoutez des liquides Ajoutez n importe quelle combinaison d ingr dients liquides jusqu la marque LIQUIDS liquides Les ingr dients mous comme les fruits le lait les jus de fruits les suppl ments base d herbes et le yogourt sont consid r s comme des liquides M langez les votre guise en de succulentes boissons Bien s r nous vous conseillons d employer les m langes boisson frapp e Back to Basics pour faire rapidement et facilement trois d licieuses portions de 250 ml 1 tasse huit onces 29 TONIKOA 3 Ajoutez de la glace Ajoutez de la glace ou des ingr dients congel s jusqu la marque FROZEN INGREDIENTS aliments congel s sur le c t du r cipient de m lange La glace les fruits congel s le yogourt glac la cr me glac e sont consid r s comme des ingr dients congel s 4 M langez Une fois le couvercle fix et le b tonnet m langeur ins r dans lorifice au centre du couvercle actionnez la commande PULSE de trois cing reprises Placez ensuite le s lecteur la position LOW pendant environ 30 secondes Passez enfin en vitesse lev e HIGH M langez jusqu l obtention d une boisson onctueuse Pour de meilleurs r sultats actionnez le b tonnet m langeur dans le sens antihoraire 5 Servez Pour servir votre boisson fouett e placez le s lecteur la position LOW placez un verre sous la soupape puis le moteur toujours en marche appuyez sur le levier
