1. Economy Rack Instruction Sheet Thank you for purchasing a Raxxess Economy rack After following these few short steps you will find this to be an excellent value in a 19 EIA rack Step 1 Unpack the parts Please be careful opening the carton A knife that is inserted too far may scratch the parts and the staples are sharp Content list 2 pieces rack top and bottom similar pieces 2 pieces rack sides again similar to each other 2 pieces rack metal rails like the illustration 12 confirmat screws long black wood screws 12 cover caps black plastic caps for above screws 10 5 8 black wood screws Lay the parts out on a table or on the floor Step 2 Lay the sides near each other with the pilot holes very small holes on what will be the insides facing up Screw one rack rail to each of the sides using the short wood screws one in each pilot hole you may not use all of the screws Be sure to use the larger 1 4 holes in the rack rail and that the tapped threaded holes are facing the front of the rack Step 3 Next place one of the top bottom pieces on a flat surface standing up Lift one of the sides up next to it as shown and install one of the long screws into the side and into the edge of the top bottom piece as shown using the hex key Run it all the way in but leave it loose until they are all in Then install the other two screws in the same fashion Now assemble the other side in the sam2. e fashion Lastly install the other top bottom piece in the same way then tighten all of the screws while checking alignment of the edges Now push the cover caps onto the screw heads and you re done We suggest laying the rack on its back dropping all of the gear in place loosely then screwing them in again leaving screws loose until the end ENJOY C WINDOWS TEMP A C649C30A3 DIB 261 Buffalo Avenue Paterson N J 07503 Made with pride in the U S A
