19. ed above using  Sufficiently large cups  then fill them with the  frothed milk prepared previously    The cappuccino is ready    sweeten to taste and if desired  sprinkle the  froth with a little cocoa powder   IMPORTANT  always clean the cappuccino  system immediately after use    Proceed as follows    e Turn the steam knob  AQ  and press  the OK button  B9  to discharge a small  amount of steam for a few seconds     This empties the cappuccino maker of all tra   ces of milk    IMPORTANT  to ensure the hygiene of the ap   pliance  you are recommended to carry out  this procedure each time you make cappuc   cino to avoid stale milk remaining in the cir   cuit    e Wait a few minutes for the cappuccino maker  to cool down  then holding the cappuccino  maker lever firmly in one hand  unscrew the  Cappuccino maker itself with the other  tur   ning it clockwise and removing it downwards   fig  20     e Remove the cappuccino maker nozzle  A11   by pulling it downwards  fig  21     e Wash the cappuccino maker and nozzle tho   roughly in hot water    e Make sure the two holes shown in figure 22  are not blocked    If necessary  clean with a pin    e Replace the nozzle by inserting it and rota   ting it vigorously upwards into the cappuc   cino maker    e Replace the cappuccino maker by pushing it  upwards and rotating it anticlockwise     CLEANING AND  MAINTENANGE    Before performing any cleaning operations  leave  the machine to cool down completely and unplug  from the mains powe
