SETUP PARENTAL PARENTAL LEVEL PASSWORD CHANGE ALL 5 Press A V to select the desired level then hit ENTER SETUP PARENTAL LEVEL FALL 8 7 NC 17 61 6 Hit SETUP to exit the menu NOTES e When doing this for the first time enter any 4 digits except for 4737 That number will be used as the pass word in the event you forget the password see below e To change the password press A to select PASSWORD CHANGE at step 4 then hit ENTER Enter the four digit password then hit ENTER e With some DVDs it may be difficult to find if they are compatible with parental lock Be sure to check if the parental lock function operates in the way that you have set e Record the password in case you forget it CONTROL LEVELS e ALL All parental lock is cancelled e Level 8 DVD software of any grade adult general children can be played back e Levels 7 to 2 Only DVD software intended for general use and children can be played back o Level 1 Only DVD software intended for children can be played back with those intended for adult and general use prohibited oe IF YOU FORGET THE PASSWORD 1 Hit the Number buttons 4 7 3 7 at step 3 Then enter your new password e Password will be cleared and parental level will be set to ALL 2 Proceed with steps 4 to 6 again E OTHER SETTINGS Follow steps 1 to 2 in the CUSTOM MENU sec tion on page 26 3 P
