Restraint Restraint Pad Securing Your Child If the toy bar is attached remove it before placing your child in the seat e Place your child in the seat Position the restraint between your child s legs e Fasten both restraint belts to the buckles on each side of the restraint pad Make sure you hear a click on both sides Check to be sure the restraint is securely attached by pulling it away from your child The restraint should remain attached e Attach the toy bar if desired see Assembly step 8 14 Set Up amp Use Anchored End Anchored End Free End Tighten Loosen To tighten the belts Feed the anchored end of the belt up through the buckle to form a loop Q Pull the free end of the belt e Repeat this procedure to tighten the other belt To loosen the belts Feed the free end of the belt up through the buckle to form a loop Q Enlarge the loop by pulling on the end of the loop toward the buckle Pull the anchored end of the belt to shorten the free end of the belt e Repeat this procedure to loosen the other belt Please Note After adjusting the belts to fit your child make sure you pull on them to be sure they are securely fastened Calming Vibrations e Make sure your child is properly secured in the seat e To turn vibrations on slide the power switch on the electronic unit to the on position e To turn vibrations off slide the power switch on the
3. 16 Set Up amp Use 6 Parent Activated Coe 1 amp 0 6 Lk ee Mode Switch 4 GC 600 a Sound Selection Button f 0 r Volume Switch o Slide the mode switch to for parent activated mode Baby enjoys 10 minutes of music lights and bubbling action e Select music or sounds or no sound at all Push the sound selection button again and again for ov Lullabies D Ocean Waves Q Summer Rain Babbling Brook No Sound Slide the volume switch to 4 for low volume for high volume e The toy bar automatically turns off after approximately 10 minutes To turn the toy bar back on simply slide the mode switch off and then back on again or press the sound selection button Slide the mode switch to O to turn off sounds bubbling action and lights IMPORTANT If lights become dim sound becomes faint bubbling action slows or the toy bar operates erratically or does not turn off remove the three batteries from the large battery compartment in the electronic unit Dispose of the batteries properly Replace the batteries with three new D LR20 alkaline batteries 17 Set Up amp Use i Virar n tin B Repi f e The teethers are removable from the toys on the toy bar Simply twist the ends of each teether slightly to remove from either toy e To replace a teether simply push to attach it to the bottom of either toy 18 Set Up amp Use Remove the Toy Bar

5. 8 x 3 4 Screw 2 Shown Actual Size d Left Base Wire Battery Installation Soother Toy Bar Battery Compartment Battery Compartment Locate the electronic unit on the footrest wire You will see that there are two battery compartments The smaller battery compartment wa powers the soother the larger battery compartment powers the toy bar First loosen the screw in the soother battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver Remove the battery compartment door Insert one D LR20 alkaline battery as indicated inside the battery compartment e Replace the battery compartment door Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver Do not over tighten e Next loosen the screws in the toy bar battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver Insert three D LR20 alkaline batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment e Replace the battery compartment door Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver Do not over tighten Battery Tips 1 5V Soother 1 5V x 3 Toy Bar D LR20 SHOWN ACTUAL SIZE e Do not mix old and new batteries e Do not mix different types of batteries alkaline standard carbon zinc or rechargeable nickel cadmium e Remove the batteries during long periods of non use Always remove exhausted batteries from the toy Battery leakage and corrosion can damage this product Dispose of batteries safely e Do not dispose of batteries in a

7. ake sure both colored tabs on the base wires are visible through the holes in the base tube Assembly Electronic Unit Battery Compartment Doors Up e Position the footrest so that the electronic unit battery compartment doors are upright e While flexing the base wires toward each other hook the footrest onto the ends of the base wires e Push the footrest down completely to the tabs on the base wires Assembly IMPORTANT You MUST position the seat back tube correctly for proper assembly of this product Seat Back Tube Bends Backward Circles Match ATriangles Match Position the seat back tube so that it bends backward Match the colored symbol on the seat back tube to the colored symbol on the base wire circles on one side and A triangles on the other side If the colored symbols do not match turn the seat back tube over and try again Fit the seat back tube completely onto the base wires Assembly Retainers e Fit a retainer rounded side inward to one end of the seat back tube Insert a screw through the outside hole in the seat back tube and into the retainer e While holding the retainer in place tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver Do not over tighten e Repeat this procedure to secure the other side of the seat back tube to the base assembly using the remaining retainer and screw Assembly Tube Bends Seat Back a N Backward e Check to be sure the seat bac

9. fire The batteries may explode or leak e Never short circuit the battery terminals e Non rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended in the Battery Installation instructions are to be used If removable rechargeable batteries are used they are only to be charged under adult supervision e Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before they are charged If you use a battery charger it should be examined regularly for damage to the cord plug enclosure and other parts Do not use a damaged battery charger until it has been properly repaired e Low battery power in the toy bar may cause it to operate erratically no sounds no lights no bubbling action and the toy bar may not turn off If this should happen remove and discard all three batteries in the large battery compartment RA and replace with three new D LR20 alkaline batteries Assembly A CAUTION This package contains small parts in its unassembled state Adult assembly is required Right Base Wire Colored Tabs Left Base Wire _ ape Place the base tube on a flat surface as shown Position the left and right base wires as shown Note the location of the colored tab on the left and right base wires Colored Tab Base Wire Fit the left base wire into the base tube T ay d ee BackView mut Fit the right base wire into the base tube acie M
10. k tube bends backward e Pull the seat back tube up to be sure it is secure If the seat back tube does not bend backward or you can remove either end of the seat back tube you have not assembled it correctly Remove the screws and retainers Re read and repeat Assembly steps 3 5 10 Assembly Pad Footrest Seat Back Tube e Unbuckle the restraint belts from the restraint pad Push the restraint belts back through the slots in the pad Q Fit the pad upper pocket onto the seat back tube Lift the footrest Fit the pad lower pocket onto the footrest Lower the footrest 11 Assembly Fit both restraint belts back through the pad slots as shown 12 Assembly e Insert and snap the ends of the toy bar into the sockets in the footrest Hint The square end of the toy bar fits into the square socket and the circular end of the toy bar fits into the circular socket e Make sure the toy bar latches are secure The small tabs on the sockets should be visible in the opening in the latches Assembly is now complete 13 Set Up amp Use A WARNING To prevent serious injury and or falls e Never use on any elevated surface since child s movement may cause bouncer to slide or tip over e Never use as a carrier or lift while child is seated e Always use the restraint system e Never leave child unattended e Never use with a child able to sit up unassisted
