Check that the machine has been unpacked as described in the Installation section Carefully level the machine Correct operation of the machine is not affected Wait until the end of the programme before opening the door Before opening the door the water must be emptied out Wait until the end of the heating or drying phase Swithc the machine off close the inlet pipe and call the Service Force Centre Something not working Problem Spinning starts late or the machine does not spin The machine will not dry or the laundry is not dry enough Possible cause The unbalance detection device that prevents excessive vibration during spinning has cut in The water tap is not open E10 The drain pump is clogged The drying time or degree of dryness has not been selected An appropriate drying time has not been chosen There is too much laundry inside the appliance Solution If the laundry is not evenly distributed inside the drum at the beginning of the spin cycle the machine detects this and tries to redistribute it more evenly by means of a few drum rotations Only when the laundry is more evenly distributed will the spin cycle be performed at a lower speed if the laundry is not evenly distributed If after about 15 minutes the laundry is still tangled the machine will not spin Therefore if the laundry is still wet at the end of the cycle it is advisable to redistribut
