It contains a safety device fuse that should not be removed Do not use the product if the attachment plug is damaged To avoid a risk of fire only replace with a 5 Amp 125 Volt fuse To order a new fuse contact Soleus Air at 888 876 5387 ASSEMBLY 1 First put the pillar together The pillar is made of two separate halves Make sure to pass the power cord through the middle of the pillar before snapping the pillar pieces together Now attach the pillar to the fan body using the included pillar screws Next put the fan base together Like the pillar the fan base is made up of two separate halves Make sure to pass the power cord through the middle of the fan base prior to sliding the base pieces together There is a groove on the bottom of the fan base for the power cord Make sure this groove is aligned with the back of the fan prior to attaching the fan base to the pillar Once the groove on the bottom of the fan is aligned attach the fan base using the included base screws Last pass the cord through the groove on the fan base a Fan Body i a i c Pilar OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS set the fan on a stable level surface Plug the cord into a standard 120V A C outlet Please refer to Fig 2 on the next page 1 POWERING ON THE FAN The fan can be turned on by pressing the POWER bution on the fan control panel or using the supplied remote control The POWER button is also used to turn the fa

4. ified electrician DO NOT DEFEAT THE SAFETY PURPOSE OF THE POLARIZED PLUG TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Voltage Rating 120V 60Hz Power Consumption 58W Unit Size 13 in W x 13 in D x 42 in H Unit Weight 9 28 lbs This product employs overload protection fuse A blown fuse indicates an overload or short circuit situation If the fuse blows unplug the product from the outlet Replace the fuse per the instructions below and check the product If the replacement fuse blows a short circuit may be present and the product should be discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for examination and or repair HOW TO REPLACE THE FUSE 1 Unplug the fan from the outlet Place the plug on a firm flat surface Open the fuse cover located on the top of the plug using your thumb or a flathead screwdriver to slide the over towards the prongs NOTE Ensure that the fuse cover is completely open before attempting to remove the fuse 2 Remove the fuse carefully by using a small screwdriver to pry the fuse out of the compartment by the metal ends of the fuse 3 Risk of fire Insert anew 5 Amp 125 Volt fuse into the fuse compartment making sure that the fuse is securely in place 4 Slide the fuse cover closed completely If the fuse cover is difficult to close make sure the fuse is properly secured in place by pressing down on the metal ends of the fuse CAUTION Risk of fire Do not replace the attachment plug

6. n off 2 FAN SPEED Press the SPEED button to select Low L Medium M or High H fan speed 3 OSCILLATION The fan can operate in oscillation or stationary mode Press the OSCILLATE button on the control panel or remote control to start oscillation To turn Oscillation off simply press the OSCILLATE button once more 4 WIND MODES Press the MODE button on the fan control panel or remote to select one of the three wind modes When the fan is initially powered on the default wind mode normal is selected Press the MODE button once to select Natural wind mode M1 and twice to select Rhythm wind mode M2 During Natural wind mode the fan will simulate the airflow of the wind by randomly cycling through its 3 fan speeds Rhythm wind mode will cycle through the fan speeds in order of Low Medium and High 5 TIMER The fan can be programmed to automatically shut off after a set period of time The timer can be set for 30 minute increments The maximum programmed time is 7 5 hours To start the Timer press the TIMER button on the control panel or the supplied remote Each press of the TIMER button will increase the timer by 30 minutes Once the Timer button is pressed a green LED light on the front of the fan will light up according to the selected time If more than one LED light is lit the timer is programmed for the sum of the times represented by the LED lights If all timer lights are lit then the fan will be programmed for the
