4. 6 36 50 projectors Gobo with holder 1 PCS Optional Iris device 1 PCS Co Colour filter holder Iris device Gobo holder Blade INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing our products Pro Stage PR 3051 PR 3052 PR 3053 PR 3054 PR 3055 PR 3056 This product manual contains important information about the safe installation and use of this projector Please read and follow these instructions carefully and keep this manual in a safe place for future reference The Pro Stage is an innovative projector with an elegant housing made from high quality aluminiun alloy with an insulating painting finish The product complies to CE norms and standards The unit can be hung easily and safely The angle of inclination for the projector body is convenient to be adjusted and the lens barrel can be changed easily The unit uses high qualified reflector with special reflective coating which can reduce the heat energe greatly so the life of the elements in the projector can be prolonged effectively Using blades provided you can get various images and using the filter holder provided you can get different colour effects The lenses of 5 10 19 26 36 50 have been installed in the different barrels so you can change the barrels directly for your different applications The projector is suitable for use in stage disco night club or artistic applications 5 Lens Barrel PR 3051 10 Lens Barrel PR 3052

The projector is only intended for installation operation and maintenance by qualified personnel The projector must be installed in a location with adequate ventilation at least 50cm from adjacent surfaces Do not project the beam onto inflammable surfaces minimum distance is 5m d 5m E Avoid direct exposure to the light from the lamp The light is harmful to the eye Do not attempt to dismantle and or modify the projector in any way Electrical connection must only be carried out by qualified personnel It is essential that each projector is correctly earthed and that electrical installation conforms to all relevant standards Make sure that the power cord is never crimped or damaged by sharp edges Never let the power cord come into contact with other cables Only handle the power cord by the plug Never pull out the plug by tugging the power cord Keep the lamp and lens clean Do not touch the lamp glass and lens with bare hand Switching the lamp on and off at short intervals will reduce the life of both the lamp and the projector Occasional breaks will prolong the life of both the lamp and the projector Always replace the lamp if it becomes damaged or deformed Always replace the lens if it becomes cracked or badly scratched Never run the projector without a lamp and a lens in place Always disconnect from the mains when the device is not in use or before cleaning it or before attempting any maintenance work If you have
6. any questions don t hesitate to consult your dealer or manufacturer INSTALLING THE PROJECTOR Fixing Holes Locking Knob for y Lens Barrel Holder Rotating Bracket Hole for Safety Cable Passing through Lamp Housing Bolt Blade or Gobo Holder Retaining Block for Filter Holder Lens Barrel Locking Knob Lo hehe Barrel Lamp Housing Lamp Adjustment Lens Barrel Holder l Cover A Displacing the cover will appear the slot for inserting the gobo with device Locking Knob Cover Screw This unit has been designed to be hung Hang the unit via its bracket using M12 size bolt s When you want to adjust the angle of the body of the projector you only loosen the locking knob and then adjust the angle of the body You can change the lens barrel by loosening 2 lens barrel locking knobs and rotate the lens barre by loosening 2 lens barrel holder rotating knobs Always ensure that the projector is firmly positioned to avoid vibration and slipping and always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the projector is secure and is able to support the weight of each Pro Stage For safety the unit should have a secondary fixing with a safety cable through the hole on the upper of the unit FITTING THE LAMP Important Before installation the GKV lamp verify that the GKV lamp you use is suitable for the voltage at your facility Operating lamps beyond their rated voltage reduces lamp life and can cause prematur
7. e lamp failure Lamp Housing Lamp Housing Bolt Lamp Adjustment First loosen the lamp housing bolt and pull the housing straight out from the back of the fixture as shown above an aln Holding the lamp with the base push down on the lamp base until the lamp is firmly seated Make sure that the lamp is fully seated with the bottom of the lamp heat sink flush to the lamp housing casting To reinstall the lamp housing center it on the reflector and the bolt hole then tighten the lamp housing bolt to secure the lamp housing in place NOTE To optimize light output it will be necessary to adjust the lamp adjustment Adjust the lamp in or out to get a proper focus via rotating the lamp adjustment by hand POWER CONNECTIONS The unit is supplied with a power cord Should any other connections be required they must be carried out with the following configuration Earth Green Yellow cord KEEPING THE PROJECTOR CLEAN To ensure the reliability of the projector it should be kept clean The lens and reflector should be regularly cleaned to maintain an optimum light output Do NOT use any glass cleaner or any type of solvent on the reflector Before cleaning the reflector remove the lens barrel and the barrel holder so you can access the reflector from the front of the fixture When cleaning the reflector use a damp clean soft lint free cotton cloth with amild soapy water solution and gently wipe the reflector and then r
